Our luxurious third floor condominium has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated!! This top floor condominium has a spectacular view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the newly furnished living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and 18' screened lanai.
Access to our Non-Smoking unit is by a private stairway. You can stroll to Siesta Key's famous white sand Crescent Beach via a private walkway located just across the street. Fish or boat in the private lagoon. Swim in the heated pool located next to the clubhouse, enjoy a game of tennis on the onsite courts, or just wander the beautifully landscaped 14 acre complex.
Our unit is air conditioned and has ceiling fans in every room. The living room features a leather recliner and leather sectional with ottoman. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower, separate dressing area with walk-in closet, and cable TV. It also has a Computer with Wireless Router, plus Printer/Copier/Fax/Scanner.
The guest bedroom has twin beds, large closet, cable TV, and completely remodeled bathroom. All necessary linens are provided, and a full-sized washer and dryer are located in the unit.
Our new chef’s kitchen is fully equipped, and provides features which include a built-in glass cook top, built-in oven/microwave, chef’s cutlery, Kitchen-Aid stand mixer, and all the cookware and dishes you would need to prepare a gourmet meal. Housekeeping is provided at the conclusion of your stay, so you don't have to do any heavy cleaning as your visit is coming to an end. Supplementary housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
Shopping and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Public transportation is available for more distant exploration. Sarasota has world-renowned shopping, fine dining and cultural attractions, and is located within easy driving distance of the most famous tourist destinations in Florida.

Dear Jim & Audrey, Just a note to thank you for allowing me and my family to stay in your wonderful Siesta Key condo last week. It was everything that I hoped for ... and then some! Not only is it professionally decorated, but so well appointed that it literally had everything we needed for a "home away from home" stay, including a gourmet kitchen. In fact, you received the highest compliments from my mother, a Cajun Chef who loves to cook, regarding how well appointed the kitchen was! My sister and daughter really loved the close proximity to the beautiful white sands of Siesta Key Beach, while I enjoyed watching the dolphins and other wild life from the "bird's eye view" from the lanai on the Intracoastal Waterway. In short, we had a wonderful time and are hoping to stay at your home again next year. Thanks again for everything! Bobbie

Our vacation here at your gorgeous condo was amazing. Loved every minute - even the rainy days. Looking out the lanai at the boats and many yachts on the waterway was beautiful.
