Dear Visitors,
The apartment is located in central Munich, West of the city old town, just a few minutes walk from Central Station and Oktoberfest. Its neighborhood is a quite residential area known for numerous traditional beer breweries, namely Löwenbräu and Augustiner Hell, one of the most famous (and best) beers in Germany. The view from this top level apartment is right across the street pointing to the historic entrance of the "Löwenbräu Keller".
Most Munich sights are in walking distance.
The apartment is 125qm large and I rent out single rooms and also the apartment as a whole.
The are basically 2 options for interested parties.
a) Deluxe Bed & Breakfast containing the large double bedroom, balcony, bathroom with tub, and hallway with lockable door to the rest of the appartment. Access to all other amenities, kitchen and living room is welcome. This is the preferred option when I am in Munich myself. sleeps 2+2
b) Whole Appartment: additional small bedroom and small bathroom, more expensive and sleeps 6-8 including sleeping arrangements in the living room or other upon requests.

BOOKINGS FOR OKTOBERFEST 2010 are starting in December.

Why the Owner Chose Munich
I bought it as Munich is a nice recreational center in Germany, close to the Alps and many other sights. It is an ideal place to recover with friends from a busy shopping day in Munich or simply arrange a nice dinner with a group of 8-12 people overlooking historic sights thorugh the floor-ceiling extrawide panorama-windows.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
Its a very modern, high class apartment, everybody instantly loves. It is very spacious, with a mixture of linen-colonial-style interiors and hard wood floors. Furnishings can be arranged on an indivudual basis, if that is requested. In addition, I offer extra services such as food and beverage supply of local boutique suppliers providing Bavarian specialities.
