This property was great! The condo was exactly what we expected and very clean. Close enough to everything. We saw sea lions just below us from our balcony the day before we left. Nice beach for adults and kids. Most places we stay you always have to worry about reserving seats for the pool, but not here! There were ALWAYS plenty of seats available at any time. We could have used a few more paper products like toilet paper and paper towels since there were seven of us staying for eight days, but buying a few at the store was easy enough.

A wonderful family vacation

We spent a week (retired parents and 3 children in our 40's) and couldn't have had a better time. The home was very conveniently located pretty well maintained. The beach was nice and quiet. Josh, who now takes care of the property, was very responsive to the one request we made. The storage room was full of everything you need for the beach. The BBQ beside the pool was always free when we wanted to use it. Thanks so much for helping make our vacation very special. I hope to be back some day soon!

The Perfect Honeymoon Getaway

We had the perfect honeymoon in this condo, you could not get any closer to the beach. The condo is perfectly located close enough to shops and stores but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The condo and surrounding areas were immaculate and the beach was a very nice little spot. We highly recommend this condo and do not be afraid to bring your friends and family as it has plenty of room for others.

Kahana Paradise

Our family had a wonderful time in this unit. Fully equipped, located on the beach, comfortable bedrooms and spotless. Listening to waves while lying in bed was relaxing. Close to everything. Decorated in Hawaiian was perfect to really get in mood. Fantastic condo to enjoy the Aloha spirit and be swept away to relax in style. Air conditioning was great too! We will return here.

Absolutely Beautiful!!!! This condo was extremely clean and well taken care of. The views were amazing. I still can't get over how close the ocean was. We, 4 adults and 2 children, had plenty of room. Tons of kitchen items to eat your meals in. Condo was located close to many great activites. We loved it. Ann was very easy to work with, we did all our correspondence through email. Can't wait to go back, we would definitely stay here again if it was available. Thanks Ann!!!

BREATHTAKING BEAUTY!

My husband and I came decided to go to Maui for our honeymoon and found this amazing condo. It was absoutly amazing as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. From the outside, there is just a breathtaking view at every angle! This unit, specifically for this entire condo is none like any other. It is located right on the beach and is on the top floor (2nd), allowing us to see the entire ocean and sunset from the deck & even inside the living room area. After a few days at this unit, I noticed something unique; this unit is located on the top corner of the building and does not allow anyone else to see into any of the rooms, unlike the other units; very private. The pool is centrally located w/ 2 gas grills (did not have to even have a lighter to start! it was provided). We were able to be at the pool, grill out, see the ocean and watch the sunset all in one. The condo itself was awesome! The owners provided beach towels, chairs, fishing pole, snorkeling gear, beach toys, boogie boards, blow up rafts & balls to play with. The rooms are soooo spacious! EXTREMELY CLEAN! The kitchen was fully updated, amazing inside w/ all kinds of cooking utensils you could imagine ever needing while there. This condo is sooo centrally located to Kapalua Golf Course (THE PGA COURSE!). It is next to a 6 mile (or more if you want) running/biking trail. Close to 2-3 GREAT snorkeling beaches (less than a 5 minute drive) that is also close to a place to rent the snorkel gear & other fun things in Maui. You are able to walk to McDonalds, Roys Restaurant, Maui Brewery & a few other shops. It is off the main road, so it is quiet. Ann, the rental agent was awesome from the very beginning! She was available via phone, email and texting! If I ever had any questions regarding the condo and the island, she was there to help! The MOST AMAZING paty of our trip was snorkeling..and the whale watching. We took a whale watching tour..but it could not even be compared to the action we saw from the deck!!! These whales that were CONSTANTLY breaching the surface of the water was just amazing. There were provided binoculars in the condo as well, which made it even better to watch. I would come back to this condo in a heartbeat! and would love to experience all the greatness again! This is FOR SURE the BEST SIDE OF THE ISLAND!!!!

11 DAYS IN PARADISE!

We spent 11 days in this unit in September of 2010. It is a gorgeous unit, chocked full of everything that you will need to make your stay complete. Don't pack your beach towels -- they are in the unit. Don't bother buying rafts, beach chairs or boogie boards, because they are available as well in a storage unit in the property. We were even able to use a new, big cooler which someone had left in the storage space! The property is quiet and well taken maintained. It is close enough to shopping, but far enough away to make your stay peaceful. We spent mornings on the lanai listening to the waves wash ashore. The views are breathtaking and every sunset is a photo opportunity. If you are looking for a magnificent place to stay in Maui, LOOK NO FURTHER! Ann Stark was kind, accommodating and did everything she could do to see to it that we had an amazing vacation. Thank you so much Ann. We are already looking forward to our return trip to Maui!

Perfect Beachfront Getaway

This condo is truly the perfect island getaway. Our family of five, and a family friend, really enjoyed the spacious condo, with luxurious granite, and tile throughout the beautifully updated rooms. Relaxing on the lanai takes your breath away, with the beautiful beach just steps away. The views are spectacular, and rainbows were a daily phenomenon. The sounds of the ocean from every room add to the mystic feeling of being in a private paradise, yet you're close enough to great shopping and restaurants. The condo is perfect for families with children, and has a shed with beach toys and accessories galore. It is also the perfect romantic getaway, as my husband and I are now expecting a baby! We are already looking forward to our trip back to this wonderful condo, and will never stay anywhere else.

Our family just completed a fantastic Maui week in this beautiful Condo. The views are just incredible! It has been professionally furnished and decorated exactly as pictured. We loved the extra plush beach towels, Wifi, beautifully tiled and super clean bathrooms, comfortable beds just to name a few. Sunsets and whale watching can't be beat from this lanai! The owner is very easy to work with, and responds promptly to any requests. I would highly recommend this condo if you are looking for an upscale condo on an oceanfront property that has a super clean pool and beach, working grills, and well maintained grounds. Any activitiy you wish to participate in is available nearby, including various excellent restaurants. We were not disappointed with any of them. Thank you Ann, for providing us with such a great place to enjoy all the beauty of Maui.

We loved the plush beach towels, new comfortable beds, wifi, newly tiled bathrooms and jacuzzi. The condo is exactly as pictured, and the owner very easy to work with. You won't go wrong, if you are looking for an upscale condo in a beautiful location, with well-kept, clean beach, pool and grassy areas. My Dream Vacation

I had never been to Hawaii but always dreamed of going. The weather was perfect and this condo was perfect. From the surf-side lanai off the living room I watched whales playing all day. The condo is located right on the sand, is private and is luxuriously and tastefully redecorated and has the feel of a spacious luxury home in an exclusive neighborhood. It was immaculate and even more striking than the listing photos. It is minutes to the charming town of Lahaina with excellent island shopping and some great restaurants.

You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Super clean, new Condo and is exactly like the pictures show! Best of all were the views, it was absoulutely beautiful! You were literally stair steps away from the beach. Would Highly recommend this property!

My family and I recently returned from a week at this beautiful condo on Maui. The whales were jumping and spouting most of the week. The condo is great with all the amenities, and the location is close to groceries and good food, but far enough away to be incredibly quiet and peaceful. The unit is right on the water- you just can't get closer, so it's great for just relaxing at watching the action in the the water.
