Year Purchased: 2004
We are a retired couple who live in Northern California. We agreed to see the condo on a lark and were so impressed with the property and the glorious views of the beach and bay that we couldn't resist. It is a completely unique property that comes with all of the amenities of a five star resort and spa. It's also very family friendly for our grandchildren.
Why the Owner Chose Rose
Besides loving the unit we found Cabo to be an ideal destination because it's a short flight and the resort is accessible and in easy walking distance of downtown restaurants and shops. All of the tap water in the resort is purified and we have never gotten sick while in Cabo. The resort relies on a desalination plant that provides cleaner water from the tap than many California cities. The city of Cabo also has a quality water purification system.

While at Pueblo Bonito, we enjoy all of the amenities of a five star resort, including beach and poolside food and drink service, organized children's activities, a luxurious spa, kind and courteous concierge service, an on-site deli cafe and an elegant restaurant that offers dinner on the beach. The daily maid service does an excellent job keeping the unit in top shape.
