Perfect place to get away from it all, relax and have fun at our spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse situated in the midst of a beautiful ponderosa forest. Watch bluebirds the color of the lake flying from tree to tree from the deck with a view of the heated pool. Enjoy a separate laundry/utility room with full-size washer and new dryer. The full kitchen has a new stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker and blender. The dining room seats 6 people and is separated by the breakfast bar. There is also a wet bar adjoining the dining room where you can have a cool refreshing drink. The deck has 2 tables and 8 chairs where you can have a picnic using the new gas barbeque, or you can choose to dine out at the many wonderful restaurants within 5-10 minutes away, including our very favorite haunt, the Lone Eagle Grill on the beach where you can enjoy the entertainment of Luke Stevenson, sipping a glass of wine while watching the sunset on the lake.
When the snow flies, we are only 1/4 mile from the chairlift at Diamond Peak Ski Resort where you can ski or board downhill while taking in the gorgeous view of the crystal blue lake below. Afterwards you can come home and keep warm by the new programmable pellet stove fireplace insert.

I am an avid travel enthusiast and have traveled to many fascinating and exciting places in the world with my husband. Lake Tahoe and Hawaii are our favorite places to vacation, and we chose to buy a vacation home at beautiful Incline Village at Lake Tahoe because of the many diversified activities and amenities all located just minutes away. I am also a travel agent and greatly enjoy my work. Previously I had worked as a real estate salesperson and more recently enjoyed being a Concierge Manager at a beautiful golf resort in Arizona.
Why the Owner Chose Mountain Shadows
We fell in love with our "Cabin in the Sky" mountain home at Lake Tahoe nestled in the forest with beautiful blue birds flying around. Yet it is located conveniently to the "village" and the drop-dead gorgeous lake. The home is spacious and comfortable and overlooks one of the two heated pools from the deck. Easy to entertain family and friends. There is so much to do here that you will want to stay forever.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhouse
Enjoy watching the bluebirds and listening to the trees whispering in the breeze. I love to entertain here and enjoy swimming in the lake and the pool, picnicking in the beautiful beach parks, ski at Diamond Peak in the winter, barbeque and eat on the deck and also eat out at the many fabulous restaurants nearby, including the Hyatt with live entertainment in the lakeside Lone Eagle Grill.
