Located 450 feet above and 1/2 mile back from the Pacific beach, there is an unrestricted view of the Ocean and the sandy beach. A truly impressive view, it is fascinating to watch the daily parade of cruise ships, yachts, and whales.
Included is a loaner car which will allow you to tour the area and visit interesting places most tourists never have the opportunity to see. Alternatively we offer free private shuttle service once per day to any local destination and return.
The house is beautifully designed and is squeaky clean. Basic maid service is included twice weekly.
The area is very peaceful and crime free, Casa Pacifica is located at the end of a dead end street so there is no traffic or disturbances. It is just 1 1/2 miles from downtown, a quick drive on good paved roads.
Your hosts / caretakers live on a separate level of the house which has it's own entrance so you will have privacy, but with the convenience of assistance or advice at any time.
