The main floor has 2 bedrooms [Queen Size Bed; Full Size Bed], each with a private hall bath. Front Sitting Room; Kitchen; Living/Dining Room and a Deck off of the dining room.
The lower level has a 2 room Garden Suite with private bath. We can set up a twin size bed here for the 7th person. The Garden Suite has french doors from both rooms opening on to the garden.
There is a large private garden off of the Garden Suite on the lower level with multiple seating areas and a gas grill.
EVERYTHING is within EASY walking distance: Groceries; Post Office; Dry Cleaners; Coffee Shops; Restaurants; Specialty Stores; MUNI [J,K,L,M lines] and of course the BARS and restaurants in the CASTRO, Noe and Hayes Valleys, Valencia, Mission, 16th and 24th streets. Enjoy the vintage F line ride to Downtown or Fisherman's Wharf.

We are within easy walking distance of both the Castro and Church Street MUNI Stations, Dolores Park, the Castro, Noe Valley and the Mission.
