Lovely Terraza II model overlooks fairway, mountains and nature. Ours is the second home from the end, prior to the Adams Street entrance.

A Great Family Vacation

Our family of 9 had a great family birthday get-together. We swam, bbq'd, played tennis, did puzzles, watched movies, played games and have a wonderful birthday party. We went to a local market, in addition to having groceries delivered. The place was beautiful, well-maintained, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner was great to deal with and meet all our needs. We are looking forward to renting again, next summer.

We rented this home over Thanksgiving. We had 10 people total and it was perfect.The house is stocked well and had the perfect amount of space for all of us to enjoy each other and not feel cramped. The pool, spa, and views from the backyard were great! We also took bikes to ride around the property and take in the beauty of it. We did want to play tennis (although none of us are tennis players) but didn't have the proper attire nor did we want to pay the extra fee to reserve the courts in the resort. Instead, we went to the public courts nearby. They also have a skate park there. Do not miss your opportunity to ride the world's 2nd highest tram! Wished we had planned it to be up there at sunset. The owner, Ginger, was very responsive in all transactions and very easy to work with. Thank you for a memorable, fun, relaxing holiday with our family!!

Rancho la Quinta is the most beautiful place I have ever seen We toured through other communities as we researched real estate, and this area is by far the most luxurious. The view from this villa is breathtaking with the fairway and mountains in the background. The home is elevated so there is a lot of privacy from golfers. We didn't even use the seperate guest house, it is gorgeous! Ginger is the most gracious homeowner, very nice to deal with. Stay here, you will love it! Tamara & Brad in Calgary, Alberta

I stayed in this appartment for 3 nights with my family. I should say that Jacques ( the owner) is a honest guy and very friendly. the price is fair in compare to what you get. I suggest this place to small families with moderate budget. it;s waaaay better than hotel, here you live like a parisian and you can cook and save money on food. I will use this place again for my next trip to Paris.

We enjoyed our stay while getting away from the stress of work. The home is perfect- bedrooms are secluded from the living room and family with a delightful view of the mountain range while overlooking the golf fairway. The owner is professional and very cooperative. A pleasant stay for our entire famly.

Large beautiful home with very nice separate Casita. Well stocked and kid friendly with private pool, heated jacuzzi, 6 TVs, games and books. Located in Rancho La Quinta; the nicest location we have ever stayed. Recommend this property very highly.
