Casa Debbie is a nice light little house located in San Antonio Area. A 15 minutes walk to the “Instituto” makes it convenient to access for anybody interested in taking Spanish or Art classes. It is the same walking distance to a nice area of San Miguel with small restaurants and shopping area. Only a 20 minute walk to the centre of town.
The dining room/kitchen area located at the entrance of the house is complete with a kiva fireplace and opens up to a small patio with a fountain with greenery and a glass ceiling for optimum sunlight. The kitchen is fully equipped.
There is one full with bedroom on the ground floor with a queen size bed and an en-suite full bathroom with a walk in shower.
On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed and an adjacent full tiled bathroom with a shower and tub. This bedroom has a nice computer corner with a wireless internet connection. On the other site of the patio, on the same level, the living room is located with a TV with cable connection.
The top floor has a third bedroom with a single bed and a private bathroom with a shower. This roof overlooks the town and your vistas include the Church in the Jardin in the centre of town.
