Hello, I'm Mary. Our family has owned the town home for 5 years. It's right down the street from the highly rated Bear Creek Elementary with new playground (Built just 2 years ago) and the brand new Bear Creek High School. Very safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors - Kid friendly, too.
Why the Owner Chose Lakewood
We chose this location because of the good neighborhood, the proximity to the mountains and shopping. You can commute in less than 1/2 hour to work and make it to some great hiking/biking in about the same amount of time!
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
Walking path (greenbelt) is right down the hill. There's everything here within 1/2 hour. Go to Evergreen, Golden, or enjoy the Denver nightlife. Five great shopping areas within 1/2 hour (Colorado Mills, Southwest Plaza, Bel Mar, Cherry Creek and Park Meadows) Outdoor activities close by and the Bel Mar library is a ten minute drive. A snowy trip to Lakewood

This is a great townhouse that is close to Metro-Denver and the mountains with lots of things to do in between. Our trip was to celebrate our Grandson's first birthday. We chose this location because it was only 3 miles from our family. This was real handy since the area got a record breaking snow fall of 18 inches on the Friday we were to fly to CO. Flights were cancelled but finally got there on Sunday. A shortened visit but hope to stay longer next time. The townhouse is in a quiet setting, very clean and comfortable. Thanks to the owners who were always helpful answering my questions and letting us stay in their home. I have already mentioned this listing to other family members who might want to come and see the family and the sights that this area has to offer. Yes, I would recommend this townhouse home.to others

This was exactly what was offered and I only used it for a place to sleep, which was fine. I was a bit disappointed about 4 holes in ceiling downstairs where there were apparently water leaks...one big hole with a large pipe exposed. The kitchen had most everything you might need, only thing we used was coffee pot and it also was very small. The owner was very nice and replied to my calls when we had questions. There were 2 tv which we never turned on. Washer and Dryer were probably the best feature of condo.
Recommended for:Age 55+.
