Hello, I'm Mary. Our family has owned the town home for about 4 years. It's right across the street from the highly rated Bear Creek Elementary (Built just 2 years ago) and the brand new Bear Creek High School. Very safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors - Kid friendly, too.
Why the Owner Chose Lakewood
We chose this location because of the good neighborhood, the proximity to the mountains and shopping. You can commute in less than 1/2 hour to work and make it to some great hiking/biking in about the same amount of time!
The Unique Benefits of this Town Home
Walking path (greenbelt) is right down the hill. There's everything here within 1/2 hour. Go to Evergreen, Golden, or enjoy the Denver nightlife. Five great shopping areas within 1/2 hour (Colorado Mills, Southwest Plaza, Bel Mar, Cherry Creek and Park Meadows) Outdoor activities close by and the Bel Mar library is a ten minute drive.
