Surrounded by an array of palm trees and tropical flora, the 2700 square foot vacation villas, are situated on one of the largest lots in the community of Rolling Hills Estates. The villa grounds come complete with a Tot Lot with children's play houses, climbers, and slides. The large pie shaped lots offers plenty of room to play both inside and outside of the screened pool area.
Enjoy large south facing 30 X 15 foot private heated pools and 2-7 foot circular spas. The pools depth ranges from 3 to 6 feet. The 13 X 9 foot Lanais (covered patio area) adjoining the villa are the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy breakfast. Lay back in the private screened in pool area on one of many loungers. Children will love the Tot Lots designed especially for them. Here they will find a castle for Princesses and Princes, play houses and a climber for young children.
Whether you are finished park hopping for the day or are just taking a day to relax with your family, you will enjoy the well equipped games rooms. For your entertainment the games rooms come complete with a full size slate pool table, 7 foot air hockey table, and foosball, or just relax on the sofa and watch TV.
Prince Charming vacations in style and so will you in this villa's 7 bedrooms, 4 of which are King Size Master bedrooms. Two of the king sized bedrooms have private bathroom while the third king bedrooms has a Jack and Jill bathroom which is great for a family to share. The bathroom for the fourth king bedroom is just across the hall from the bedroom.
The Main Master Suite is fit for Prince Charming himself, with a King Size plush bed, a 32 inch flat screen TV and DVD player for private viewing. This Suite is perfect for a young family that wants to sleep close together using the full size wooden crib also within this suite.
Cinderella herself decorated our Cinderella Princess master suite. This room is princess blue and fit for a princess of any age. There is a king size bed, TV, and DVD player.
Your kids will love our new Disney Cars themed bedroom based on the hit movie Cars. This main floor bedroom has 3 twin beds, Cars themed TV, and DVD player.
The princesses in your family will enjoy their own Royal Chambers complete with two Tinker Bell Carriage Canopy beds, Princess Toddler Bed, TV and DVD player.
Sleeping accommodations include 4 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 6 twin beds, 1 Toddler bed, 1 Full Size crib, and 3 Pack n Plays (portable playpens). This provides for 16 guests without even using the Toddler bed or Crib.
Prince Charming's Palace and Tinker Bell's Tree House come complete with everything you will need when travelling with children. We provide all children's items free of charge. Our standard children's items include; 4 strollers (1 double stroller and 3 single strollers), 3 high chairs, 3 booster seats, 3 Pack n Plays (playpens), 2 bedrails, 2 baby monitors, plus toys and books. For your children's safety and to comply with Florida law there are alarms on all doors and windows that lead to the pool and spa area.

There is an ample supply of cutlery, dinnerware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils for your family and for entertaining. There are plastic containers for packing snacks for the children and insulated coolers if you pack a lunch.
