The lovely back patio and small yard has lots of privacy and features a gas grill for outdoor cooking and entertaining. The front entry also features a small patio with sitting area and the property is only 2 short blocks from one of the Green Valley Recreation satellite centers with a large pool. Green Valley Recreation membership is available for a small fee and gives access to 13 recreation centers with pools, fitness centers, and numerous hobby clubs.
The friendly neighborhood is centrally located for shopping, dining out, golf and a myriad of recreational activities.
