The front entry also has a small patio with sitting area and the property is only 2 short blocks from one of the Green Valley Recreation satellite centers with a large pool. Green Valley Recreation membership is available for a small fee and gives access to 13 recreation centers with pools, fitness centers, and numerous hobby clubs.
The friendly neighborhood is centrally located for shopping, dining out, golf and a myriad of recreational activities.

We live in Green Valley and love being in a community with great weather and so many recreational opportunities. We've traveled a lot and often stayed in vacation rentals, so we have equipped this rental as a place where we'd like to stay ourselves. Rented this unit January 2010, and January/February 2011. It turned out to be better than advertised, in our opinion, which is why we returned a second year. This is a very nicely restored and furnished unit, well above the average Green Valley rental. Extra window in the second bedroom makes it a great computer room. Unusually private southern-exposure rear patio allows outdoor lunching many winter days to enjoy Casa Paloma I's quiet remoteness from Interstate 19. The King bed is an extra comfortable example as well. We strongly recommend this rental, especially to anyone wanting close-in location to Old Green Valley, with the option to walk or bike to everything, and live free of the noise from Interstate 19.
