This 1900 SF loft is situated in the heart of Historic Downtown Pensacola, amidst an array of entertainment and cultural options. The Gulf Coast's finest restaurants and night spots are short walking distances from the property. Concerts and theatre performances happen regularly at three incredible venues, all within walking distance of the loft. Walking tours and museums are available which celebrate Pensacola's rich history.
This spacious loft is well appointed and furnished, which include a gourmet kitchen, studio with high-speed internet access, large bar, a large screen high-definition TV with surround sound in the parlor, and a second HDTV in the bedroom. Originally constructed in 1889, the property was completely renovated in 2004. Owner/Architect paid special attention to details that preserved the historic character of the space. The loft was featured on the Home and Garden Television (HGTV) network show ReZoned.
