This first floor corner unit boasts an open, light filled atmosphere with incredible views. Sip your morning coffee on the porch as you watch the golfers play. This condo is tastefully decorated and looks like it is brand new. Golf Packages are available with this and a sister unit one bedroom one bath next door. Groups are welcome. Long term (weekly, monthly) rentals are also available.
Short term 2 and 3 day golf or beach packages are available. A FREE Grand Strand Golf, Dining, and Entertainment Discount card is provided for all reservations 5 days or longer. Our property is serviced by Propertywatch, our on site property manager, who will provide you with any concierge services you may require. Rental items are available for beach and golf fun. Year Purchased: 2006
My wife and I live in Mint Hill, NC and we have two teenage boys. We are a close family and enjoy going to Sunset Beach as well as the NC mountains together. Both our boys play several sports so their schedules keep us busy. We are huge Appalachian State fans and attend all their home games. We like to come to the beach several times during the year because every season has its advantages. I am always amazed at how far families come to go to this beach because the drive is so easy for us.
Why the Owner Chose Sunset Beach
I have played golf at the SeaTrail courses for several years with friends. Everytime I would return home I would express an interest in owning a condo here. We were already familiar with the Sunset Beach area from visiting in past years and the fit just seemed perfect. Finally, we decided on the Champions condo because its layout was very comfortable for our family. With the Villa being the main living area my family has plenty of room to eat dinner together or watch TV. The mini suite is great for when the boys want to play video games or just relax with their own TV. With the convenience of the pool being just steps away, there is always something to keep everyone happy. I like the light filled first floor unit just for the convenience of running in and out to the car.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
As our boys have aged, they have outgrown the Putt-Putt course and are now able to challenge me on the many golf courses in the area. We enjoy going to Calabash where we eat at our favorite seafood restaurants and ice cream shops. My wife likes looking around the several unique shops in the area. Since Myrtle Beach is so close, we have gone to see the MB Pelican baseball team play several times and Broadway at the Beach is right around the corner. Sunset Beach is still so fun to go to to relax and enjoy the day. I can't think of a time when someone said they were bored or that there was nothing to do.
