Decorated with a tropical flair including tile flooring through out our ocean front studio is unique compared to the way most resort units are decorated. It is not decorated like the motel room looking units that are throughout the resorts in Daytona which we feel makes you feel more at home on the beach. It has an awesome beach view And we provide the little things that make it cozy.

Year Purchased: 2004
Owners since 2004 we are grateful for such a fantastic place to get away and share. Each year our ocean front studio has become more popular for guests who want a great place to stay in Daytona for a great value compared to the front desk of the resort. Since we started renting our Studio the number of repeat guests increases every year which to us says we have a great place to stay. We do our best to make your stay worth returning for.
Why the Owner Chose Daytona Beach Resort
We live in Orlando and wanted a place we could visit that was close. We spent a lot of time in the area looking at a lot of resorts and condos available. We chose this location because it was located in what we believe is the best area of the beach in Daytona. Everything you could want is close by giving you more time to spend on the beach. What really sold us on this place though was the quality of the resort and the amenities. We love the water and with two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, two Jacuzzi, a sauna and fitness center it made all the other places we looked at dull in comparison.
The Unique Benefits of this Studio Condo
We especially like the way guests are treated at the resort. Although the resort has a very nice restaurant with great meals available we like the fact that we are able to walk right across the street to eat breakfast at Denney's as well as enjoying other nice restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
