Professionally decorated 3-bedroom home in lovely guarded gate community. Not a typical rental with quality/comfortable furniture and all amenities possible have been added. Very safe, comfortable and private both inside and out - house is completely gated and opens onto a greenbelt with a sweeping view of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Additional benefits are golf cart for use throughout the complex and two new bikes - man and woman's. Large private yard which is fenced and locked but opens up to a greenbelt with a fabulous view of the Santa Rosa mountains. It has numerous outdoor sitting and dining options with a built-in gas barbecue island. There are two mature fruit bearing grapefruit trees and one lemon trees. Lots of custom features including
beautiful wet bar.

Year Purchased: 2004
My primary residence is in Newport Beach and we have another house in Harbor Springs, Michigan. With three homes and lots of travel, now that we are retired, I decided, for the first time, to selectively rent my desert home. As a designer, I appreciate beautiful things and like to make my homes comfortable and show off my collectibles from world travel. I am looking for a special, mature couple to share my home with and one who will both appreciate it's treasures and protect them with the same care and respect I have. My home is more comfortable than a hotel and not "just a rental."

My home is a luxury hideaway but still close to a world class resort (LaQuinta Hotel and Resort), many restaurants (both casual and upscale) and great shopping. My home in Laguana de La Paz is where I go for a "time-out" or where I can mingle with friendly neighbors when desired.
