A Resort Pass is required for each vehicle parked at the Resort. The Resort Pass(es) must have the drivers name and number of people ( Adults and Children ) in each vehicle. You cannot print or copy the Resort Pass(es). Security will only accept passes with an original owner signature. Any changes to number of people and/or vehicles must be communicated to us ASAP. Any changes after the Resort Pass is mailed require us contacting Security the day you arrive,

This was not our first stay at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis, so we have stayed in a few other condos there over the years. 2011 Spring Break was our first time staying in this condo and we were very pleased overall with everything. This condo compares to the others due to the age of the buildings, but was fresh and updated compared to a few others we have rented through the resort. The owners were truly a pleasure to deal with, the furnishings were comfortable, and the location was great. The condo was on one of the upper floors (close to the elevator) so we had an unobstructed view of the ocean from the balcony, the furniture was comfortable, the colors throughout were pleasing, and we really had everything we needed for a week of rest and relaxation. The two bedrooms plus two full baths were perfect. We love the beach at HHB&T and all of the amenities the resort has to offer. I highly recommend renting from these folks. They go out of their way to make your stay pleasant and the renting process seamless.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The bed in the master is very hard.....I would actually recommend sleeping on the pull-out sofa bed instead. The dishes and small appliances are very dated and mismatched. The wet bar is just a waste of counter space. The windows you see in the pictures are very misleading as they are covered and even if they weren't it'd just be a view of the hall. I would also venture to say the walk to beach is closer to 200 yrds. and you can only see the ocean if you are sitting in one corner of the balcony. Lights and switches were very confusing. The resort was really fun though! We LOVED the food choices in the resort.
Owner response:Most of this guests complaints have no bearing on the condo being affordable, clean and convienent. Some are about the building design and construction. They have no understanding about restrictions and requirements owners have to make changes to the building. Granted it may not be perfect. This person expected a style and luxury of a Hilton, Marriott or a million dollar condo without having to pay the high price. Ocean and beach can the seen all across balcony. The picture on the webpage is from this balcony. Our kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware and glassware. This guest does not know how to judge the distance to the beach (perhaps they are thinking ocean water at low tide?). As to the bed, we have not received complaints from other guests. We have selected a mattress of average firmess because we have a variety of guests. This person did not understand the purpose of the covered interior hallway windows. The hall lights are very bright and many guests asked us to find a way to block the light. This solution worked well. These are not windows you look out of. Again our condo is a good value but it's not Hilton, Marriott or Sea Pines style and luxury. We want our guests to get what we advertise - a nice, clean condo at the beach for an affordable price!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children.
