Very nice loft! We really enjoyed our weekend here. The loft is very nicely decorated and close to many downtown activities.
Recommended for:Age 55+, pet owners, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

This loft is tastefully decorated with a great feel to it. Very clean with all amenities readily available. It is in such a great part of town...River Market area....within walking distance of the City Market. Bike paths and walking easy in the neighborhood. Very Dog friendly which was important to us. Power and Light District short drive away with theater, mod bowling alley, and great restaurants and bars. We would recommend to family and friends in a heartbeat....but then it might not be available the next time. :)
Recommended for:Age 55+, pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

A friend and I came in town for a reunion and stayed for 3 days at the end of January 2011. We absolutely loved the condo, it was very quiet and clean! The pictures don't even do it justice, it's even more beautiful in person. We loved the modern decor and location (easy access to the highway). We had no problems parking whatsoever. It has a washer and dryer, as well as plenty of space. The owners are very easy to work with and extremely nice. It's definitely well worth the price. We highly suggest this property!

We had my daughter's baby shower at the loft so that I could come from out of town and stay there. Sleeping accomodations/bath facilities were excellent! We also cooked all of the food for our shower there, the kitchen was very well appointed. This loft has such a fun decor, all of my daughters' 30-something girlfriends loved the place. (pictures are true) Only 2 suggestions; LIGHTBULBS...make SURE all of the lighting is working...things can get dark quickly and it's is frustrating when there are none in supply at the loft. CLEANING....bathrooms could have been a little cleaner..noticed rugs were a bit grungy. All in all we would definitely rent again. We rent VRBO when we don't want to stay in a hotel...this is a perfect alternative. And being downtown close to all of the goodies is perfect.

The loft was awesome. We would highly recommend this property. We couldn't of asked for better accomodations. Definitely will be renting this property again in the near future. The photos of the loft do not do it justice.

MY HUSBAND AND I COME TO KANSAS CITY QUITE OFTEN TO SEE KIDS AND GRANDKIDS. THIS TIME WE WANTED SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT THAN A HOTEL. IT WAS MORE THAN WE COULD HAVE EXPECTED. AS SOON AS I SAW THE KITCHEN WE HIT THE GROCERY STORE WE HAD EVERY MEAL THERE AND A FUN GET TOGETHER AND BBQ ON SUNDAY TO WATCH THE GAME!! WE LOVED THE FACT IT WAS SPACIOUS AND QUITE HANDY TO ALOT OF FUN THINGS TO DO. CAN'T WAIT TO COME AGAIN. THANKS!
