Ultimate open water living in Summerland Key. We have a beautiful stilt home with views of Summerland Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Amazing sunsets and sparkling water. Located at Mile Marker 24, we are both close enough to Key West to enjoy it and far enough away to have a very quiet spot.
Our home features a large open living, dining and gourmet kitchen on the second floor. Large sliders create a wall of glass looking out over the water. There are 3 bedrooms - one children's bedroom with 2 sets of bunks and a half bath next to it, one queen bed and en-suite bathroom and a large master suite with large bathroom with double sinks and a separate room for the toilet, shower and whirlpool tub. The master suite also features walls of windows leading out to the walk around deck. The whole floor is surrounded by large decks, some covered.
On the main level we have a studio apartment with full bath and queen bed. This has a refrigerator and microwave. There is also a separate large bedroom with a king bed and sitting area and a full bath.
Our spacious outdoor areas include a heated pool, shuffleboard court, outside shower, unique 6 person bar, dining areas, sunning spots, step down canal for boating and fishing.
