Seabrook Island is one of South Carolina's greatest barrier islands. Access to the island is restricted to residents and resort guests. It is a gated community. Enjoy walking on three miles of pristine and uncrowded beaches. Guests can often spot loggerhead turtles, dolphins, deer, and more than 150 species of birds.

The new Seabrook Island LAKE HOUSE FACILITY features an outdoor recreation area, with an outdoor pool and large deck area for sun bathing, as well as a fitness center including an indoor pool.

Stop at the new Freshfields Village conveniently located between Kiawah and Seabrook Islands. Shop at Newtown Farms, a unique upscale supermarket. Along with the grocery store, there is a coffee shop, liquor/wine store, clothing apparel and accessories store, drug/book shop, banks, various restaurants and the Kiawah-Seabrook Medical Care center.

  • Thank you for sharing your home with us! My husband and I had such a relaxing week “disconnecting” from our demanding corporate jobs and spending valuable time with our 2-year son. What an amazing view you have from your front porch! It was so great having instant access to the beach. Our son was completely enamored with all of the wildlife… he spent several hours trying to catch and “hug” crabs, sand pipers, deer and dolphins to name a few. After we put him down for the night, my husband and I would share a bottle of wine as the sun set (it didn’t rain all week!!!!). We created several family memories during our week there… your place is truly a hidden gem. Thanks again!

  • My husband and I spent our honeymoon in your lovely suite. We enjoyed waking up in the morning to the sounds of the ocean and watching the sunsets on the back patio at night. It was so nice being right on the ocean with our own private beach. The weather in September was in the upper 80s, not one drop of rain! We had fun riding horses, golfing, and renting a boat at the marina. Thanks for providing us with a wonderful memory! We come back every year to celebrate our anniversary.   • My wife and I are in our 70s and stayed in this villa for two weeks in Jan 2009. It was a great respite from the cold and snowy weather back home. Being on the first floor is a plus for us and the short distance to the beach also. Walking on the beach and watching the dolphins is a favorite activity. The villa had virtually everything needed included and was very comfortable, well appointed, and clean. Having HBO included was a very nice feature. The king size bed was especially comfortable and a good nights sleep was a non-problem. At this time of year there are many more sunny days than up north. The sunsets were spectacular and we watched many of them from the living room. We plan on coming back often. Jim and Marian

  • Seabrook Island is the best kept secret! Not only can you experience the joy of having your own private slice of ocean beach, but you can enjoy all the thrills of Charleston each evening....only 40 minutes away. My wife and I totally relax during the day...on our private beach, at the pool, riding bikes, hiking the island....and then at night we enjoy Charleston. This island....and in particular...this condo is superb! You can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature...while soaring at night to the beat of Charleston with it's many unique eating establishments. Our vacations at Pelican Watch have the best of both worlds! Perfect for those couples similar to ourselves that need a "get-away spot" that is drop dead gorgeous...quiet...and fun!We have enjoyed this condo 4 times already and we will be back! Cal Reuss
