Seabrook Island is one of South Carolina's greatest barrier islands. Access to the island is restricted to residents and resort guests. It is a gated community. The new Seabrook Island LAKE HOUSE FACILITY features an outdoor recreation area, with an outdoor pool and large deck area for sun bathing, as well as a fitness center including an indoor pool.
