We have redone the home recently with new paint, flooring and tropical touches to ensure our guests have a great, affordable vacation. This 1800 sq ft home is filled with tropical touches, nice linens, comfortable furnishings, new flooring in all living areas and a nice screened in porch. We have bikes and beach chairs in the 2 car garage and a gas grill BBQ. For those who like to relax at home, there is a well equipped kitchen for the away from home chef. Traveling with a trailer or RV? We have a paved driveway large enough for your travel trailer or RV and have electric and sewer hookups for your convenience.
A great location in a quiet neighborhood. West of US 41 and within 6 miles of Barefoot and Bonita Beach, you will enjoy being well away from the traffic of Hickory Boulevard! We are about 12 miles north of 5th Ave S. Olde Naples and 2 miles south of the new Coconut Point Shopping Mall. There is plenty of local shopping and dining. We are just minutes from I-75.
Enjoy all that Southwest Florida has to offer; including fine dining, the nightlife of 5th Avenue in Naples and Bonita, pristine white sand beaches or just relax in peaceful solitude.
