Our convenience of location and a comfortable environment make our home perfect for families and friends. Located within walking distance to ski resort shuttles, grocery shopping, restaurants and one of the hippest coffee houses in Truckee. A bike rental shop is also within walking distance and Donner Lake is an easy bike ride away. Each room is decorated with a clean, family oriented design that makes you feel like you've stepped into your own second home.
You'll find a fenced yard with hot tub. We have comfortable beds, fresh linens and towels and all the kitchen appliances, table ware and utensils for a great get-together. We have Cable TV with DVD and internet Wi-Fi complimentary to you. The home is on a quiet local's neighborhood and we have a friendly full-time tenant in a unit below the house.

We spent Thanksgiving here with 6 adults and had a great time. The house had plenty of room for all of us and our dog. The backyard was fully fenced, the driveway wasn't too steep, and the hot tub was an added plus! The location is so convenient with easy access to Safeway and Squaw. We'll definitely go back! The one slight drawback is that there is a tenant that lives downstairs. Limits privacy a little, but wasn't a huge deal.
Recommended for:Pet owners, adventure seekers.
