My family and I loved staying at this condo. It's clean, feels homey, and the property description is accurate in describing the beautiful views from the large living room windows. The condo is near everything: ski lifts, restaurants, a grocery store, and all of the old town. You can easily walk anywhere, but if you're not so inclined, the free and frequently-running bus stops RIGHT across the street from the condo, maybe a 30-second walk. We have two kids, and it was nice to have the multiple bathrooms and nice that mom and dad can sleep downstairs and the kids can have the upstairs. The photos are accurate, but they don't really capture the comfortable feeling of the combo. We would recommend the condo to friends, relatives, and strangers.

Recommended for:Families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed wonderful vacation at this Condo. It is very conveniently located for skiing, grocery store and shopping and dining in Telluride. We didn't need a car for the entire stay -- everything is in walking distance. We found the place very clean and in excellent condition -- the living room is spacious and we (2 adults, 3 kids) had ample room to read, watch TV and play games. We can highly recommend this Condo.

This luxurious condo unit has three bedrooms, three baths, all private. The living room is spacious and comfortable, the fully equipped kitchen is in excellent condition. The many windows all have a spectacular view of the mountains, and the windows all open to breath in the fresh mountain air! It is close to the gondola for trips up to the Mountain Village. I will always choose this "home away from home" when ever we pass through Telluride!

I have stayed in this condo many summers for the past 10 years and just love it here. The condo is downtown,walking distance to everything. It's a beautiful condo right across from the river and at night you hear the stream from the bedroom. I hope to visit Telluride again soon and plan on staying here. it's my favorite place to stay in Telluride!

My family and I stayed in this condo last December. We had a fabulous time. The location was perfect; we were near everything, including the gondola, great restaurants etc. The condo itself is very clean, spacious and has a beautiful view. The kids loved the bunkbeds, and there is plenty of space. I only have wonderful things to say about my time spent in Telluride and in this Condo. I highly recommend it.

I've stayed many times at this wonderful home. The sun streams in the huge windows, and the views of the mountain are breathtaking. The layout is great---the living room, dining room and kitchen are perfect for being together, and the bedrooms are private and quiet. And the location is perfect-close enough to walk to town and the gondola in just minutes! It is, by far, the best place I've ever stayed in Telluride and I hope to stay there many, many more times!

This condo is the perfect Telluride spot. The location is ideal--it's quiet but close to everything. You can walk to everywhere you want to go and it's right on the path & creek. The unit itself is wonderful. It's very nice, spacious and extremely comfortable. The main floor master is spacious and the bathroom has been remodeled. The living / dining room was big enough for our whole group, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms, which were also very comfortable for either kids or adults. Plus there's a loft that has a sitting area. It has multiple decks and a washer & dryer (which came in handy!). It's a very nice and comfortable place and we have stayed there several times. The unit is well cared for. You can't go wrong with this condo!
