The house is a traditional Victorian Beach House which has retained it's unique charm and many of the original features such as large rooms, stained glass windows, an original victorian clawfoot tub and cofferour ceilings. The house is well suited for large family gatherings and reunions. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for entertaining a crowd. There are two refrigerators, professional cookware, china and a large walk in pantry. There is a separate laundry room and mud room. The unusually large dining room can seat up to 18. The oversized outdoor wrap around porch is perfect for entertaining. The porch can comfortably seat 15-20. There is also a glass sunroom facing the ocean. The master suite includes a large private balcony which overlooks the ocean and the Thimble Islands. There are amazing views of Long Island Sound and the Thimble Islands from almost every room. Enjoy beautiful gardens with different plant and flower varieties that bloom all year round. There are bicycles, a two seater ocean kayak,and many board games to keep you entertained if you tire of swimming or sunbathing. Town, train, and golfing are just minutes away.
For outdoor entertaining there is a large yard which leads to the beach. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and a professional gas grill and webber charcoal grill for entertaning a large crowd. The yard makes the perfect setting for wedding pictures or a special event.
Parking is never a problem. There is a large private driveway with parking for six cars. There is also a bonus lot with parking for an additional 6 cars which accompanies this home.
