Welcome to our 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms condo in Bldg# 3, we just had it renovated to make you feel just like home. From our unit’s balcony which directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, you will spend hours contemplating the view. You will frequently see marine wildlife. Our balcony is accessible from both living room and master bedroom. Our island is a gated community with 24-hour security guards.
The condo contains all the amenities you will need; fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter top and new appliances, TV’s in living room and master bedroom, DVD player, wireless Internet, washer/dryer is available on the floor. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds.
Amenities on the private island:
Heated Olympic pool, 4 tennis courts, fitness room with locker room and sauna. Nature path surrounds the private lagoon with picnic and barbecue seating areas, 24 hr security (gated), private beach, children playground. Fishing from the deep shore. Media area, game Room (ping pong table, pool table and poker table) and Library.
We provide 2 bicycles for you to use. + Free outgoing calls to any USA or Canada phone number.
