The condo feels like a house and is in a very small condo development of only 9 units with just four others in our section. The entire area is very family friendly and we relax instantly every time we arrive. Our kids love skiing at Sugarbush and enjoy all the other activities like hiking, mountain biking, kayaking and swimming in the Mad River in the summer.
The condo has a large deck which can be enjoyed all year long in all seasons. In addition, the proximity to Burlington, the University of Vermont and the Burlington airport is a bonus. We have been skiing at Sugarbush for ten years and it gets better every year.

We chose to buy a condo at Sugarbush because there is a unique quality in the Mad River Valley which is protected and respected by the people that live there.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The condo is a few minutes drive to Sugarbush and only about 15 minutes to Mad River Glen. It is on the bus route to the mountains so if anyone wants to go home early or head to the slopes without the rest of the family, it is only a walk down the driveway to the bus route.
