Relax in our new, beautifully decorated, fully furnished 3 BR condo. Enjoy a different view from the balcony in each bedroom, as well as the main balcony. Grill your own fresh fish (either caught by yourself or purchased right from local fishermen. Sit at our balcony table (w/ 6 chairs)) while watching the sunset or various birds in the nearby trees. Cool off in either of our 2 beautiful pools or put on your flip-flops and walk across the street and along a tree-lined path to get to the volcanic sand & rock beach. Bring some surf walkers if you want to walk on the volcanic rocks which curl along the bays (check out the colorful little crabs poking out of the porous holes everywhere).
As you leave or enter the property, say "hola" or "adios" to the 24 hr guards as you pass by the security gate. There is also an on-site manager if you have any questions or problems (they're locals and Speak English and Spanish).
When you're hungry, take a two-minute walk to either an authentic Italian restaurant (great food and prices), an authentic French creperie (for breakfast, lunch or dessert crepes), or a cozy Arabian themed bar. Or walk a bit further to the main street where you'll find more restaurants & bars, local shops and souvenir shops, internet cafes, tour shops, etc.

Year Purchased: 2008
Jim and Gloria Costantino. I (Jim) am a HS Spanish teacher and also a licensed cosmetologist. I've traveled extensively and lived in Spain while studying in college. Gloria runs three businesses as an accountant, professional guardian, and property manager. We live in Fort Lauderdale, Fl where we also own 2 rental properties. We both love good food and wine, are season ticket holders at our local Performing Arts Center, and are avid movie fans.
Why the Owner Chose Playa del Coco
We purchased our unit in Playa del Coco because we had visited there a couple of years earlier and fell in love with the area. There is so much to do, from relaxing to very adventurous activities.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The locals (Ticos) are very friendly and helpful. The local food is very reasonable, fresh and varied. You can safely walk anywhere in the area. The beach is a 2 minute walk, just across the street from our unit. Most activities are easily accessible from the area. There is the Pacific ocean on one side and mountains and rain forests all around. All the major car rental agencies are near the airport, which is 20 minutes away. Tours to wherever you want to go are readily available.
