This is one of the lowest monthly rates in Palm Valley Country Club!! The home features all new furniture (June 2009) and a brand new remodeled kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances (May 2010). Located on the tee box of the 15th fairway of the Challenge course, this property offers breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains, pool, golf course, water features, and fountains. The unit has a southern exposure which is highly desired by snow birds seeking to escape their winter home. Spend your afternoons sipping your favorite beverage on the patio while watching the golfers tee off or walk a few steps to the practically private pool and take a swim. All new patio furniture (including dining set and two loungers) along with a brand new Weber BBQ, heat lamp, and misters ensure your outdoor living is as good as it is on the inside.
Inside, you will find a two story beautifully furnished home. The living area features spectacular views, brand new sofa/sleeper, leather chair and ottoman, giant flat screen TV, wireless internet, and gas fireplace for those chilly desert nights. The dining room features a brand new dining room table with chairs, wet bar, and everything you need to set your table for entertaining in style. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need to prepare fabulous meals for your family and friends. There is even a Cuisinart ice cream maker for making special treats on those hot days! There is also a separate, large informal eating area with a flat screen TV along with a computer work station, complete with HP All-in-One machine for printing, faxing, scanning, etc.
Upstairs are two very large separate master suites. The golf course view master has a king size Westin Heavenly Bed system, arguably the most comfortable, luxurious bed in the world! You will fall asleep in complete luxury each night, just like at the finest 5 star hotels. There is a walk in closet and attached full bathroom featuring double sinks and a large soaking tub. The second master features all new furniture, including a queen size bed with 400 count sheets, down comforter, and your own TV/Stereo system. There is also an attached full bathroom with extra large shower and double sinks. The two bedrooms are very private and perfect for two couples or two families traveling together.
The attached two car garage has an automatic opener and plenty of room for your vehicle. There are even two mountain bikes (with helmets) for exploring the neighborhood and beyond.
Palm Valley Country Club is considered by many to be THE premier country club in Palm Desert. It has 2 beautiful golf courses designed by Ted Robinson. This condo sits on the 15th fairway of the Challenge Course, which features water on 14 of the 18 holes (bring lots of balls!). There are 16 lighted tennis courts and a very active tennis program. Stop by the tennis desk in the tennis pro shop to sign up for ladies day, men's day, drills, tournaments, etc. or just asked to be matched with other players for a friendly game of doubles! The athletic club is the largest in Palm Desert and features aerobics, water aerobics, spinning, yoga, boot camp, and full cardio and weight rooms. There is on-site childcare, a full service spa and salon, as well as Olympic sized saltwater pool. The clubhouse has activities daily so be sure and get a current calendar of activities and events. The Friday night build your own Pasta Bar is legendary and requires advance reservations in season. You really have no reason to explore beyond the gates of Palm Valley if you are looking for your own little oasis in the desert! I live in the Seattle area. I bought this property as my future second home when I retire. Unfortunately that is not for another 10-15 years so until then I will be offering my home as a seasonal rental for the lucky ones who are ready to just have fun!

I chose to buy in Palm Valley Country Club because they have the best tennis, golf, and workout facilities in the entire area. I am an avid tennis player and there are matches to be found every day of the week. I bought this particular unit because the views and sun exposure were absolutely breathtaking!
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
When I come down I spend my days playing tennis or golf and then afternoons floating around at the pool. You can catch a yoga class or spinning class if you want some exercise or make reservations for the legendary Pasta Night at the clubhouse.

We had a wonderful vacation! Your unit is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. It is in a lovely setting in Palm Valley CC with great views and amenities. The resort has golf, tennis, pools, jacuzzis, spa, gym and a restaurant on-site. And it is located just minutes from Palm Desert, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage and La Quinta. We have stayed at Palm Valley before, but we loved your unit! We will be back and we whole-heartedly recommend it.

It's often difficult to find a comfortable place to stay at while vacationing. However, this place was just like home. I enjoyed every minute of my stay from the large bedrooms, bathrooms, to the overall comforts of home. It was great to walk out to the patio to see a water fountain and walk on to the 15th fairway of the golf course as well as the pool and hot tub a few steps away. Staying here made my vacation more memorable and would definately recommend this place to my family and friends.

A wonderful vacation get-away! We wanted to escape the rain and Palm Desert offered everything we could have asked for - sunshine, golfing, tennis, pool, and a wonderful place to stay! The outdoor patio was great for grilling and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The bed was oh so comfortable and loved the large bathrooms. The kitchen was large and a grocery store was a close 5 min drive away. I love all the furniture and updates and would love to return another time, only this time I would bring some friends to take advantage of the 2nd master bedroom! We played tennis at the club every morning and it was great. They were able to match me with comparable people and got in some great singles and doubles matches. We found lots of great restaurants, shopping, and hiking closeby when we got tired of playing tennis, golf, and lounging by the pool. I would definitely recommend this place to others! A fantastic location and great value with all the amenities!
