Spacious open space loft, great for live and work. 1700 sq ft, high ceiling and modern feeling. 2 private sunny balconies. On the first floor a nice spacious area combines kitchen and living room. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a nice big table that seats up to 10 people. Bright living room with big flat screen TV overlooks the patio equipped with Mexican style fire pit. The Living room is equipped with a sofa that comfortably converts into a queen size bed. It has a spacious bathroom with shower stall.
On the second floor there is great master bedroom with 1 king size bed. It is equipped with super size shower stall and a nice bath-tub. There is plenty of wardrobe available. An additional sleeping area is also available. One sofa can turn into a comfortable bed.
