Spacious open space loft, great for live and work. 1700 sq ft, high ceiling and modern feeling. 2 private sunny balconies. On the first floor a nice spacious area combines kitchen and living room. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a nice big table that seats up to 10 people. Bright living room with big flat screen TV overlooks the patio equipped with Mexican style fire pit. It has two nice bathrooms.
On the first floor there is a shower, the second floor is equipped with super size shower stall and a nice bath-tab. On the second floor there is the master bedroom with 1 king size bed. Plenty of wardrobe available. An additional sleeping area is also available. 2 sofas can turn into comfortable beds.
