Rincon has some of the best beaches for surfing, water recreation in the Caribbean. The condo is located in the fifth floor of Corcega Beach Condominium. It has a roofed balcony with side view to the ocean.
Costa Corcega Condominium is gated and a very safe community. The apartment has a 2 bedrooms and can easily accommodates 6 persons. It has one parking space. The kitchen is very nice and has all the utensils and pots needed for your stay. Apartment amenities include a shared pool and the condo has air conditioning in the bedrooms.
The beach close to the condo is a very private area, great to walk or relax in the water. It is near nice restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and cinemas. Typical occupancy of 6 persons, minimum rental of 2 nights. Available for long term rentals too and all year round.
