BEST location in town!!! This 3 bedroom/2 bath SKI IN/SKI OUT condo has been remodeled. It has a gas log fireplace in the living room for romantic evenings by the fire. There is a queen bed in the master and 2 twin beds each in the other 2 bedrooms, sleeping 6.
The outdoor hot tub is just feet away and sits to the side of the ski run, making all the skiers envious of the fun at the end of your ski day. The Double Eagle complex consists of 2 buildings and 19 units--small and intimate. There is also access to a covered (in winter) swimming pool which is heated and open in the summer and only a block away. Summer in Breckenridge is as glorious as the winter! (See activities list). The laundry room is conveniently located across the hall.
You don't have to incur the extra expense of a rental car if you stay here! The Denver airport has public transportation which delivers you and picks you up at your front door. From the condo, it is a 5 minute walk to the charming historic town with its fabulous shopping and fine restaurants. At the end of your skiing day, you take Four O'Clock Run to your back yard and in the morning, you are 120 yards from the Snowflake Lift which connects to the whole mountain, with skiing for all abilities.
Two shuttle stops are nearby to take you to all the base skiing areas and around town, including the grocery store. It's totally hassle free and allows the flexibility of everyone doing their own thing and then meeting up at the condo at the end of the day.

Owner Description
Don and I have been retired full-time Breckenridge residents since 1997, moving here from Boca Raton, FL!!!! We love our life--still try to get in between 50 and 75 days of downhill skiing each year + Nordic cross country and snowshoeing. Our summer activities are primarily golf and hiking and wannabe bikers. I sold lift tickets on the mountain for seven years so hopefully I can assist our renters in finding the best deal on lift tickets. Our guest book contains no negative comments!
