This was a great place to stay for our trip. We're 5 retired friends, and the condo worked perfect for us. The condo was clean and well furnished, the location was great and the hot tub was clean and large. All made for a great spring trip for us and would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It’s well kept and fully equipped. The owners are accommodating and friendly. The location is convenient to all of Breckenridge and the resort. The beds outside the master are a little small and better suited to children. The view is limited but overall sufficient.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at this condo in Breckenrigde. The three bedroom, two bath was perfect for our group of six adults. The owner had everything we needed to cook all our meals for our four night stay. Grocery store near by was just like home. Snowflake lift was just a short hike away. The best part was skiing down Four O'Clock run, right to the back side of the condo., which was great to come in for lunch and at the end of the day. Diana and Don were great. We didn't have any problems with the condo but I am confident had we had any, they would have taken care of whatever we needed right away. I definitely plan to stay at this condo again. Thank you Diana and Don for such great accommodations.
Owner response:Blanca, Thanks so much for your review! We loved having you as our guest and we'll look forward to your return! Diana

This condo was a joy to stay at. We took advantage of the ski in/ski out several days in a row. It was so nice to be able to stop by the condo for a quick lunch. It was in a great location- close to sleigh rides, sledding, restaurants, and everything else we did. The owners were very nice and informative- they even stopped by to bring us a hair dryer and clothes pins! Will DEFINITELY stay here again next year.

We were a group of 6 friends staying over a long weekend. The condo was in a perfect location just like described. Walking to the Snowflake lift was easy and so was getting into town. Just a short walk to the Gondola too. It was nice to ski-in at the end of the day! Decor is a little outdated, but it adds to the charm and really, who cares about that when you have mountains right outside your window? Here are some things we enjoyed (besides skiing): Kenosha steak house has $10 steaks every Sunday/ all day- comes with 2 sides- Delicious and can't beat the price! Carter Park- free sledding hill in town, very fun! We went to the Walmart in Frisco (or is it Fresno?) to do some shopping before hand, but actually found that the Safeway had a better selection and the prices weren't all that different I hope to return in the near future and this place will be the first place we check out to rent!

We enjoyed our week long stay at the Double Eagle. We went for a family get together and it was perfect for all 6 of us. The condo was everything that the listing said that it would be. Clean, neat and spacious. It was convenient to everything. (Ski lifts, shopping, & restaurants). Diana called when we arrived to make sure that we had everything we needed. I would recommend this property to everyone. Everyone that we encountered was courteous and friendly. Our shuttle driver even stopped at the grocery store on the way to the condo. Because of the time of year and size of our party, we experienced long waits when we went out for dinner. We ordered in the last night we were there. Great experience from the Gourmet Cabby. We tried to do a little of everything while we were out there. (Skiing, snowmobiling, and ice skating). Thank you for making our family trip an enjoyable one.

This is a great rental property. I've stayed there twice and would definitely go again. This is a near perfect location. It is ski-in (you can literally ski or snowboard right into the parking lot). It is almost ski-out, as it is about a 4 minute walk from the lifts (in snowboard boots; it might take you another minute or two in ski boots). It is also, very close to town. It is maybe a 5-7 minute walk to Mi Casa (Mexican food) and equipment rental shops, less than 5 minutes to the liquor store, and maybe a 10-15 minute walk to the heart of downtown. The amenities are as stated. There is plenty of kitchen utensils to make full meals. Ample space for 6 adults or a family of 6. Two bathrooms equiped with the essentials. The hot water never ran out despite 6 of us showering within an of one another. The hot tub is shared with the rest of the complex, but it is a small complex. We had no problems using the hot tub every day. The property, both inside and out, is clean and well-maintened. No problems with the unit at all, and we are definitely recommending it to friends and family. The owners, Diana and Don, are very friendly and helpful. They've stocked their place full of guides to Breckenridge (maps, bus routes, restaurant guides, tourist guides) and they've even got a list of recommendations from themselves and past guests. On that note, I'd recommend Hearthstone if you want a nice sit down meal with the works (steak, elk, etc). Downstairs at Eric's (sports bar/tourist destination) is a neat place if you've never been, and we all really liked Motherloaded (home cooking).

My three children and I arrived on Christmas Day 2009 from Maine after a long day of travel. Because the owners were so helpful with recommendations for dining in Breckenridge we had reservations at a lovely restaurant to look forward to. The owners were actually there when we arrived making sure all was well for us, and they were as nice in person as on the phone. It is a lovely condo, very centrally located. My children skiied everyday, and I took pilates at a local studio. We were able to walk to all of our meals and to the local lift up the mountain. The owners were available by phone if we had questions. It is a delightful place to stay, and we hope to return in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Breckenridge and in this condo. We were 6 people and had more than enough room. What was particularly nice was that the kitchen was totally stocked with appliances and tools. We were only there for 3 nights (2 dinners) so we ate out those two nights, but we really could have picked up food and cooked in if we were there for longer. It was so comfortable for skiing, everyone could hit the slopes when they wanted, we met in the condo for lunch and whoever wanted to go out again went. It couldn't have been easier. Clean, 2 full bathrooms! I wouldn't think twice about coming back to this condo. The owners were also very attentive. Answering questions, returning phone calls. Perfect!

This condo was an ideal setting to pursue our passion. Close to a lift, ski back home, with little wasted effort jamming around town. We found it quite convenient to drop in for lunch. The property is well maintained, the water hot, and the hot tub great relaxation after a lot of skiing each day. We didn't explore Breckenridge much, but accomplished our mission with great skiing conditions. I can attest to the honesty of the owners, and we certainly will consider returning another time.

This was our second trip to Breckenridge in 2 weeks. Our first stay was a studio with Resort Quest and this Condo was by far not only nicer but a better location. No carry ski's back at night or for lunch. Can ski right to the condo fo lunch, have a better lunch and back out for the afternoon with no hassle. Great condo for family with kids. Also nice that the few little things you might need to cook like salt, pepper, and a few other spices, Diana has stocked so you don't find yourself with dinner all done and that you forgot something small. Thanks and we will be back!

Part of our family stayed in this lovely condo over the Christmas hollidays and loved it. It is well kept, and in a wonderful location - short walk to Snowflake lift in the morning and return all the way to the condo via Four O'clock Run in the evening. Also a short walk to town. We would definitely stay here again!

Our deepest thanks to you for the great place in Breckenridge. We had such a wonderful time in your place that we are now ?spoiled? and wish to re-locate! (Oh well, since re-location really isn?t an option, I guess we will just have to plan a return trip.) The town was charming, the condo was wonderfully comfortable and perfect in every way, the activities were great fun?it was all just perfect! Thank you so very much. And, thanks for the great library, too! My wife, Helen, read one of your paperback Anita Shreve novels and I dipped into your copy of an old favorite, Lake Wobegon Days. I am attaching a photo of our group. Standing in the back are Emily (15 years old), Ben and his wife, Jenny, and Erin (20 years old). And, of course, Helen and myself are seated. Thanks again for renting your home to us. We will always have fond memories of our stay there and you will be the first person we contact if our future travels allow us the privilege of a Breckenridge stay again. Warmly, Bob A. - Algonquin, Illinois (Chicago)
