The second bedroom features a full size bed and a charming cushioned window seat, 32” flat screen TV with Blue-ray DVD player and large closet. This room has a private full bathroom.
A unique third bedroom has a full size Murphy bed and window seat. This room would make an excellent office as it has built-in floor to ceiling shelving and desk area.
The den has doors for privacy and features a queen sleeper sofa, wet bar, and 32” flat screen TV with Blue-ray DVD player and PlayStation 3.
There is a full bathroom off the hallway and a large laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and a utility sink. Plenty of plush towels, sheets, blankets and beach towels are provided.
Convenient garage parking is located under the building with room for two vehicles. A storage closet has beach chairs and pool rafts.
Condo is conveniently located on Ocean Drive, within walking distance of the popular Chop House restaurant, within two miles of numerous shops and two other exceptional restaurants, Ocean Grill and Mulligans. Vero Beach offers great fishing and several golf courses as well as kayak, boat and bike rentals nearby.
