Completely separate walls on a hillside 25 meters up and 75 meters in from the surf on a 17-kilometer (10-mile) beach stretching from La Cruz through Bucerias to Nuevo Vallarta.

Estuvo increible nuestra estancia en Punta Esmeralda, la casa tiene todas las amenidades y el administrador, al igual que el dueño siempre al pendiente de cualquier detalle o duda. Se nos apoyo en todo momento, no tuvimos ningún inconveniente! Toda la casa con aire acondicionado, el area de TV con un equipo de sonido padrisimo, con entrada para Ipod. Una de las albercas grandes esta relativamente a unos pasos...porque tomas un trolley para bajar. El condominio con mucha seguridad, con mantenimiento constante, tiene suficiente albercas para todos...y no hay problemas de espacio de camastros. La playa es muuuy ancha por lo que los niños se divierten bastante, el mar es una laguna solo que hay que llevar sandalias para el agua si quieres entrar (por las piedras) aunque en Punta Esmeralda te prestan Kayak y varios equipos para entrar al agua. Vale la pena!

My family rented 2 villas in Punta Esmeralda for a week at the end of May 2010 for my daughter's wedding. This villa was very clean, well maintained and had everything we needed for our visit. The owner was extremely helpfull and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect for us during the week of the wedding with easy access to the beach and the location where the wedding was held. We enjoyed our stay and are looking into returning next year for another week.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+.
