SUMMER GUESTS: During the summer Park City is your ideal vacation!! The house is close to the Park City Municipal Golf Course (about 1 mile away) and 5-10 miles from over 10 golf courses! Enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, relaxing, fly fishing, and more! The "Park Silly" Market (craft, food, music, and fun) takes place each weekend along Main Street and you can stroll down from the house to enjoy the action.
Walking distance to the Old Towne Lift, Historic Main Street, Shuttle to Deer Valley.
The beauty of this house is that once you’ve settled in you don’t need to get back into your car! If some in your party want to ski, they can just carry their skis to the Town Lift and ride up the lift and gain access to the entire Park City Ski Mountain & Resort. After an exhilarating day of skiing, just take the “Quitin’ Time” run and literally walk past about 8 Old Towne charming homes to your luxurious lodge. Once you enter take all your gear off in the “snow room” before entering the warmth of a fireplace (hopefully those shoppers who had a nice short walk to Main street got back before you and have the fire roaring, the music playing, and towels ready to all go into the huge new hot tub that comfortably seats 8!).
After a well deserved hot tub for all, imagine making a home cooked meal and having a glass of wine while you watch your favorite movie on your HUGE 62” TV in your large great room with fantastic views of the mountains and trees!!! All the furnishings are extremely comfortable and in a mountain style featuring Ralph Lauren fabrics. Beautiful hardwood floors, slate floors, and soft carpet and rugs throughout. Tall ceilings with tongue & groove in entrance/sitting room, great/family room, and master bedroom.
If you are familiar with other charming and cozy Old Towne homes, this house is much more spacious than most as it is situated on a lot and ½! And fortunately the neighbors have an unobtrusive low roof profile affording spectacular views of Arie Drive Mountain through the HUGE 23 foot tall double doors and windows just off the great room!
The kitchen has been updated with granite and mountain motif tile. The dining room and table are huge, easily accommodating a party of 10, with the breakfast nook table right across the way for additional seating.
The home features a ground level bedroom, especially nice for people who are not fans of stairs. This lower level bedroom is equipped with an extremely comfortable pillow top queen bed and full cable TV. The large bathroom with tub is located right across the hall.
Across from the bedroom and at the entrance to the home is a cozy sitting room with real wood burning fireplace. If you don’t feel like watching the game or movie on the HUGE 62” TV, enjoy quiet conversation or reflection in the sitting room, still with spectacular high tongue and groove ceilings and that great view of the mountains.
Upstairs is a master suite with more high ceilings featuring tongue and groove, super warm gas fireplace, in-wall stereo speaker system (in bedroom and bath!) and a large master bath with toilet room and incredible 2 headed shower and dual sinks. A loft is accessed via a massive wooden ladder where a comfy twin futon is available for an extra guest or child.
Also located on the second level is another full bath and a bedroom with two twin beds.

The moment I walked in I knew I had found the perfect house for our family ski trip. Our group, of three couples, each had their own bedroom and bath. The house has every convenience of home. Comfy beds, a great couch with throws for everyone to warm up with, flat screen television, great table for gathering around, equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and I cant forget to mention a hot tub! Everything in top condition and very clean. The house is in the perfect location for hitting the slopes, catching the buses, and downtown shopping. With the tips I received from the owner, I was also able to have my groceries delivered and put away before we arrived. Truly a great place for a family vacation!

I just arrived back to the San Francisco Bay Area after a wonderful, long weekend with 4 girlfriends from college for our annual getaway, a respite from motherhood! We really enjoyed staying at your house which had a great room set-up, comfortable ambiance, was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub after our days of skiing, the great sofa from which to watch movies, and the long table at which we played Boggle. The location was exceptional! It was so easy to walk to the free shuttle located 4 short blocks away which took us to the different ski resorts. The Town Lift for Park City Mountain and the bottom of Main Street for eating and shopping were also 4 short blocks away. We took a shuttle service from the airport and we definitely did not need a car. The grocery store was a distance away, but reachable by shuttle. Next visit, I would consider using the Grocery Girls service which delivers groceries directly to the house. The owner was exceptional in terms of communication and information.

We just returned from a 6 day stay and are looking forward to coming back next year. The home is well appointed and very comfortable. Location is very good for access to the Quitting Time/Creole ski run. You are looking at an easy relatively level walk down Norfolk to the ski run. Not true ski in ski out, but close enough that we used the home for lunch most days. Just a quick pop and walk. The home has a great set up with plenty of room to spread out. Living room has very comfortable seating and a great TV. Sliders on to the deck give you access to the hot tub, which was much needed most nights! Queen bedroom on first level has a comfortable bed with a large closet. King bedroom on the second level is the star of the show. Beautiful room with a gas fireplace and very comfortable bed, large master bath with a walk in shower featuring two shower heads. Very nice! Twin bedroom was ok but my daughters found the beds on the firm side. Kitchen has plenty of plates/glasses/mugs for a crowd. Fairly large amount of cooking equipment/pans/pots. There is seating for 8 at the main dining table with an additional table in the kitchen for 4. The laundry facilities are in the basement - send the skinny people to do it! The stairway is tight for old fat guys like me. Ownership was great through the whole process, as was the on-site property manager. We would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend this property to others looking for a great value at a world class vacation location.

We had a lovely time here over President's weekend. It was a great location not only to the Town Lift, but to all the restaurants in town. It was very well-equipped, clean, and super cozy with a nice view. Plenty of space, too.

Jo and her friends arrived from Australia for a 10 day stay and wanted to pass on their rave review for the house - they loved the ideal location (walking distance to shops/restaurants/ski lift) and the large yet cozy feel of the house - very spacious and comfortable with nice views. They also said the property managers were great and helped them with their needs throughout their stay!
