Located in Atkinson, New Hampshire, this cottage sits on Chase Island connected to 500-acre Big Island Pond. This waterfront property overlooks the lake on three sides, and also has a cove in the back so you can enjoy the calmness of the lake while you sip your morning coffee as the sun comes up. 2 waterfronts w/ decks/docks and swimming access on both sides.
Nicely decorated, two-bedroom cottage with water views. Large deck overlooking the lake; private, sandy beach and nice,clear water. Great swimming, boating,fishing and foliage viewing! Walk to hiking trails. House features two bedrooms with 1double and 1 queen size beds, bathroom, great room with spacious kitchen, dining area, living room area, sleeper sofa, recliner, cable TV,DVD, VCR, stereo/CD player, and phone.
Also, centrally located just outside of great restaurants, gift shops, stores, movie theaters, and, of course, Canobie Lake Park (for the kids and you, too). You are also only 30 miles from Salisbury, Seabrook, and Hampton beaches. This also leads to a nice ride up the coast from New Hampshire coast into Kittery, Maine.
Come on up, enjoy yourself and the family. You can't beat the sunset by the water. Swim, fish, and boat - just enjoy! We have a 1 canoe and 2 kayaks available.
