This cabin was built in 1997 and was just remodled throughout. Located right on the ski slopes of Navajo, the views from all levels and direction are stellar. Sun beams in through the huge window wall aiding with solar heating. The ground level, heated garage is fully finished with plenty of storage for all your toys or sporting equipment. On the first level is the master bed and bath, guest bed and bath and the laundry room. The furnishings and bedding are all custom picked to add to the mountain ambiance. Up another level is the spacious living/dining area with its large fireplace and plentiful windows to feel your surrounding while cozy warm inside. There is a full bath along with the newly equipped kitchen and its upgraded appliances. The top level has another large bedroom as well as an open loft with two more beds. The entire cabin has new carpet and hardwood flooring throughout. Once you are in this house, you will be awed by the views on every side. The back property line is adjacent to the Navajo ski runs, so this property has it all. Just pull your Car, truck or SUV up the paved driveway and park in the garage. Walk up the stairs and feel the comfort of this wonderful Cabin Home.
Have no worries of Parking your trailers, boats, or ATV's here there is plenty of space. Kids will enjoy everything there is to offer too. This is no ordinary Rental property. It is a clean newly renovated Home that just came on the rental Market.

My wife and I decided to purchase our beautiful Cabin in Brian head, Utah originally to escape the Summer Heat of the Las Vegas valley where we lived. We have three wonderful children who also like winter sports like snowboarding and snowmobile rides. We have enjoyed going to the Cabin for the winter and Summer. It is a great place for family and friends or just the two of us. It is very cozy and romantic.
