Shops and restaurants along with fantastic nightlife abound very nearby (Thai Sushi, The Glenwood, The Graveyard, Gravity Bar, Midway Sports Bar, The Flatiron, The Earl (voted Best Burger in ATL 6 years in a row) - East Atlanta Rock Lounge and venue, East Side Lounge (nightclub), Grant Central Pizza, Blue Frog Mexican Cantina, Holy Taco Mexican Cantina, Spoon Thai, Little Azios Pizza and Pasta, Mary's (Best Gay Bar in the US), My Sister's Room, Chazz Southern Kitchen), and just around the corner (Solstice Italian and Bar and Grill, Six Feet Under seafood, Agave famous eclectic southwestern eatery and tequila bar, Tin Lizzies Cantina, the Standard Bar and Grill, Stella Pasta and Pizza, Ria's Bluebird breakfast and lunch).
You can relax in the private, fenced, tropical backyard, float in the heated pool, sit in the hot tub, play pool or ping pong, or watch HD cable on a projector TV 6'x9' (Great for SPORTS EVENTS!!) while on the Incline Treadmill, then cook in the gourmet kitchen, use the WIFI, enjoy the upgraded Spa-like bathroom, and sleep in one of the luxurious beds. Property has a driveway that fits 3 cars. 3 bedrooms sleeps up to 10 people, extra charges are applicable over 6.
***FALL SPECIAL RATES AND ONE NIGHT FREE PER WEEK!!!*** $125/night with 3-night minimum, 1-2 nights at $140/night thru December 17th, stay 6 nights and get the 7th night FREE!
***WINTER/SPRING JAN. 2nd thru MAY 14th*** 3-night Minimum stay $135/night, however we will do 1 and 2 nights at $150/night to cover costs for cleaning (prices do not include GA hotel tax), stay 6 nights and get the 7th night FREE!
***Holiday SPECIAL Rates: Dec. 18th - Jan. 4th $135/night, not including tax, $150/night for 1 and 2-night stays, and no weekly specials, sorry.
Any group over 6 people $10 per person per night.
Deposits: Damage Deposit $200, Pets require $250 deposit, of which $200 is refundable ($50 pet fee)
Cancellation and refund policy: You must give 14 days advance notice (starting at midnight, not arrival time) to receive 100% refund minus $20 to cover CC costs, and 7 days advance notice (starting at midnight, not arrival time) to receive 50% refund. The reason is once booked, we mark the calendar as booked and it is very hard to book another party within 7 days. Bookings must be paid in full within 30 days, 50% due at time of booking if more than 30 days out. A contract must be returned signed, along with a scan of renter's ID. $200 DEPOSIT. Special Gatherings, Parties, and other types of Ceremony require a special contract and can incure additional charges.
