This project was completed with the expertise of two well-known Maui-based interior designers. While the interior is incredible, the view is breathtaking - nothing compares to a Prime Oceanfront View from the Second Floor at Wailea Elua Village, a "low density" gated community on 24 private acres of lush, manicured tropical grounds. We are centrally located in the prestigious Wailea community on the world famous Ulua Beach. Walk to all the Wailea restaurants and resorts, or stroll a mile down the best beach on Maui. Numerous golf courses are within 5 minutes. Snorkel or Scuba Dive right in front of the resort. Or you can spend the entire day on the lanai enjoying the sounds of the ocean waves or the tropical birds, and capture the magic of a Maui Sunset right from your Condo.
The Master Bedroom has a Pillow Top King Bed. The Guest Bedroom can be configured as 2 Twin Extra-Long Beds, or a single King Bed. They are all extremely comfortable.
As the owner, we strive for perfection for every Guest. Our Condo is carefully inspected before every arrival and after every departure to ensure it meets our meticulous standards in preparation for each arriving Guest.

This location at Wailea Elua Village is the most peaceful place on earth! We have many days where we never leave the Condo, but just enjoy the relaxing view from the lanai.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The location of this condo in the Wailea Elua Village is direct ocean front with a lanai that is shaded all day long. It is the most peaceful and relaxing place we have ever been, and come back as often as possible.
Our Condo sits directly on world famous Ulua Beach, a very popular Scuba/Snorkel location with a huge reef, home to many species of Hawaiian fish and huge green sea turtles - right down in front.
We are less than a 5 minute drive from several Golf Courses in the prestigious Wailea & Makena Resorts.
About a 5-10 minute drive to the famous Hawaiian Church, which is more than 150 years old.
We are located 10 minutes from the famous "Big Beach" - the largest undeveloped beach in Hawaii, about one mile long of pure white sand. The biggest surf on the south side of the island is here.

We purchased this property in 2006 because Wailea Elua Village is our favorite Resort on Maui, and we have dreamed of having a second home here. We have fully renovated the interior, making it perfect for our visits here, and want to share our "little slice of paradise" with you. We have many great memories of our trips to Maui, and this Condo is second to none. We spend about two months each year here, and rent it out for the remaining ten months.

This condo is wonderfully located on Ulua beach and the Wailea walkway. Beautiful views from the lanai. This well equipped condo ensured we had everything we needed for cooking our own meals. Beach chairs and towels are also included for enjoyable beach time. Tastefully furnished and decorated in a warm Hawaiian style, this condo was very comfortable for our family of five.

This was a very beautiful, upscale condo with a wonderful, well-stocked kitchen; there was a grill so we had 3 meals in and enjoyed dining on the lanai -- gorgeous view. It was comfortable, immaculate & everything you could need was provided -- even beach towels & a washer/dryer. Three TVs -- but who had time or inclination for watching! Only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

This Condo exceeded our expectations and made our two weeks in Maui very enjoyable. The Condo is just as it appears in the pictures. Beautifully decorated with very high end appointments not often found in rentals. The view from the Condo and the Lanai is spectacular. If your looking for a 5 star Condo in Elua Village this is the one for you. We are recommending this Condo to all of our friends.

We have stayed at many places on Maui over the years. Nothing even comes close to this condominium at Wailea Elua Village. The interior is immaculate, and the view is stunning. The Owner, John, was great to work with too. Thanks for everything!
