Gorgeous Steve Cappelulucci log home and family estate on 35 acres. Beautifully decorated with majestic views of Mt. Crested Butte. 2 minutes from town, 12 minutes to ski mountains, and private hiking trail to town. Totally secluded - you cannot see town nor anyone else.
Main house is 4 1/2 bedrooms (2 masters - 1 downstairs), office, gourmet kitchen, dining room, family room with a real stone fireplace and entertainment center. Two porches and large deck overlooking expansive meadow with wildflowers and Mt. Crested Butte. Wireless network.
Guest house is two story with bedroom (1 queen and 2 twin beds) and bath upstairs. Downstairs consists of large family room with entertainment center, dining area, gas fireplace, and efficiency kitchen.
Expansive sleeping room above a 4 car garage. 2 queens, 2 twins, and 2 chairs that serve as singles. Large bath and entertainment center. Additional washer/dryer and ping pong table in garage. Full driveway, adjustable basketball goal, as well as separate parking area to keep driveway clear.
Behind home (60 yards) is a private creek and picnic area. Land is flat and wooded and condusive to children roaming, playing, exploring, and of course, memories!
