  Like home away from home for us - airy, comfortable, many amenities, clean, tastefully decorated. The neighbors were especially friendly and helpful. The owners communicated well during our stay. The rate was very reasonable for the location and features provided. Close to shopping, grocery store and beach. The canal location offered a peaceful boat ride to the intercoastal waterway.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Our stay was wonderful. The house was so well appointed and clean. The hosts could not have been more thoughtful and caring. Everything went so smoothly. Our favorite was the lani and the pool. What a treat to read the morning paper in January on the lani. The hosts have thought of everything. Everything is in walking or biking distance. We love this home and the hosts ,and we hope we canreturn next year.

  This home was just as it was listed and more. It was clean and well maintained. We kept saying "they thought of EVERYTHING", because every time we needed something , it was there. We rented two kayaks for the week and went out several times from the back yard to Lemon Bay. There we saw dolphins, manatees, a huge stingray, all sorts of birds and fish. Two of those trips brought us to Stump Pass, that's a six hour round trip- but well worth it! People were water skiing, jet skiing, swimming, fishing, and wading in the clear shallow water that was too good to be true. It was nice to go back to such a nice house and jump in the pool. The house is close to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. There are many places to relax and read at this house. In the comfy living room, by the pool, the lanai, or outside on the deck with the Wood Storks, Snowy Egrets,etc. I will tell my friends to look no more, I have the place for them to go and enjoy also.   This is not a vacation house but truly a vacation home. This lovely, spacious home has everything you could possibly want or need. It is beautifully decorated, sparkling clean and a true tropical treasure. There are not enough superlatives to describe just how fantastic this home is and so well supplied with everything for a great vacation. We had such a special family time here, my granddaughter absolutely loved the pool, she caught her very first fish off the dock,we all spent hours partying on the lanai and we made some lifetime memories. We hope to return again to this lovely home of Lori and Steve. We had one tiny glitch in a problem with the hot water and it was immediately dealt with showing how much you care about the people staying there. Thank you for sharing this tropical treasure!!!

  Stayed for 2 months and didn't want to leave. Everything one would need is in this house. Just bring your toothbrush. We did a lot of cooking and was very impressed with the quality and quantity of the cooking utensils. House was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this house and the Englewood area. Englewood Beach is a must.

  We had a great time staying at this house in Englewood. It was fully supplied with everything we needed for our month long stay. The pool and screened in lanai was a real plus. The house itself was very clean and there was much to do in the town of Englewood itself. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a house to rent in Englewood.

  My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay in this beautiful well maintained home. Even our little dog got very comfortable and loved sunning herself by the pool. We believe this is probably one of the nicest homes we have stayed in and would come back in the future. Owner was friendly and helpful any time we called to ask questions. Neighborhood is quiet and people around you notice you and wave when they saw you. What made it even better is that this house is located so close to everything - grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and beaches. Wonderful place.

  This home is very thoughtfully and tastefully furnished, arranged, and equipped. There was absolutely nothing we could think of that we needed that the owners had not already taken care of. Its location is minutes away from the three public beaches on Manasota Key, including the entirely unique state park at the south end of the island. Plus, any shopping needs are literally within walking distance of the property. It's a wonderful place.

  This is the best kept secret in Englewood!!!! Spacious and beautifully decorated, this home is perfect for a vacation getaway! Conveniently located to all that we wanted to do and see. We fell in love with it as soon as we entered the door. We cannot wait to return next December to spend Christmas with my Mom who lives in Venice. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make splendid memories at this home!

  This home is so beautifully decorated and so fully equipped, you won't mind if you are homebound for days on end! The pool and lanai are awesome. The colors are beautiful. Lovely deck on the canal for sipping early morning coffee and visiting with the friendly neighborhood egret and her offspring, as well as the friendly Stork! The kids wouldn't stay out of the pool, and loved feeding the friendly egret. Shopping is minutes from the house, as are the greatest shark toothing beaches. The teens rode the bikes to the beach a few times. There wasn't one thing we needed that wasn't provided in this lovely home. A quiet, peaceful front screened porch was a great reading getaway for mom. Spacious and wonderful! Cannot wait till we can come again!
