The only thing between my house and the Park City Ski Resort is the golf course. My home is within 5 minutes of the Park City, Deer Valley and Canyons ski resorts. (Walking to ski resort in ski boots is highly overrated). Main Street shopping and restaurants are also 5 minutes away. Free bus service, which stops next to my house, goes to all ski resorts and Main St.
I have a large deck with a hot tub where you can soak after skiing and enjoy the night and stars with complete privacy. The cross-country ski trail is only a few few feet from my house. A babbling brook separates you from the trail. I prefer no more than a total of 6 people.
The house is furnished very nicely as it is my residence, not a normal rental unit. I guarantee you will greatly enjoy the house and find it very comfortable and convenient to everything in Park City. Available for monthly rental only.
