Why the Owner Chose Falmouth
I grew up in Falmouth and life-guarded summers at the Falmouth beaches. It is a great place to spend summers and has quite a few activities and events year-round. I hope my renters enjoy Falmouth as much as I do!
My favorite beaches: Old Silver, Chapaquoit, Woodneck and Falmouth Heights
My favorite restaurants: Chapaquoit Grill, The Glass Onion, Old Silver Lounge, The Chart Room and for lunch "The Clam Shack" at Falmouth Harbor.
The Unique Benefits at this House
This property is located in a quiet neighborhood and has waterviews of Buzzards Bay. There is plenty of parking and a nicely landscaped yard. Biking is easy with the Shining Sea Bicycle Path close by. This has recently been expanded and runs from North Falmouth thru West Falmouth and Falmouth all the way to Woods Hole! The bike path is also great for walkers. The closest beaches are Chapaquoit Beach and Woodneck Beach. Old Silver is also nice with a bathhouse and snack bar. Old Silver is a short drive North up Route 28A.
Falmouth is a great location, easy to get to from the Bourne Bridge and central to other Cape attractions and the Ferries to the Vineyard and Nantucket.
