Why the Owner Chose Falmouth
I grew up in Falmouth and life-guarded summers at the Falmouth beaches. It is a great place to spend summers and has quite a few activities and events year-round. I hope my renters enjoy Falmouth as much as I do!
My favorite beaches: Old Silver, Chapaquoit and Falmouth Heights
My favorite restaurants: Chapaquoit Grill, Old Silver Lounge, The Chart Room and for lunch "The Clam Shack" at Falmouth Harbor.
The Unique Benefits at this House
This property is located in a quiet neighborhood and has waterviews of Buzzards Bay. Biking is easy with the Shining Sea Bicycle Path close by The closest beaches are Chapaquoit Beach and Woodneck Beach. Old Silver is also nice with a bathhouse and snack bar. Old Silver is a short drive North up Route 28A.
