ABOUT SEYCHELLES:
From our brand-new upscale condo, you can walk right out onto our pristine snow-white beachfront. Lay out and swim in the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf. Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated depending on season), kiddie pool, Jacuzzi, fitness center and game room.
Next door is Schooners Beach Club, the famous local beach club in Panama City Beach. Step out of the pool and head to Schooners for an awesome lunch or an ice cold drink. Walk over and explore St. Andrews Park. Bring your fishing poles. Stringers full of fish are caught off the rocky points and piers in the park.

YOUR 6TH FLOOR BALCONY:
For a birds-eye view of the Gulf of Mexico, the Panama City Beach coastline, St. Andrews Park, the harbor entrance, historic Panama City on the harbor and the inter-coastal waterway - step out onto our wrap around balcony. It is accessible from the master bedroom, the living room, and the second bedroom.
Sit and take in a breathtaking, panoramic view - dawn over the harbor and romantic slow sunsets over the gulf.
YOUR SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS:
This unit is equipped with 2 master BRs each containing a King Bed, and a bunk room with twin bunks.
Our smoke-free, unit sleeps 10 comfortably in 2 King beds, Bunk room bunk beds, and 2 convertible sleeper sofas. Perfect sleeping accommodations for several families with kids, all in beds.
Lay in bed, read, listen to music or watch TV on your color television with. There is another full bathroom with entrances from the bedroom and hall.
THE KITCHEN:
- is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and toaster oven. You will be fully prepared to make a snack or a complete Thanksgiving dinner.
Kitchen countertop space is plentiful and solid surface. The unit is cooled by central air and ceiling fans. Washer and dryer included.
ABOUT THE NEW PANAMA CITY BEACH:
If you have not visited Panama City Beach for a few years, you will be surprised. The old motels filled with teenagers 'gone wild' are replaced with million dollar high-rises.
PCB is truly becoming the new Destin - but without the movie star prices. If it is fine dining, casual waterside lunches or power shopping you want - Panama City Beach has it all.
Have a blast parasailing, playing tropical golf or testing your skills in a batting cage. Do not forget Shipwreck Island water-park or go-carts too. My family had a very enjoyable stay here! My husband, myself, and two small children (ages 6 and 4 yrs old) had everything we needed with plenty of room. We had a great view of the beach and ocean. The condo actually looked bigger than the pictures when we got there.The pools were very nice too! The property was well maintained and very clean. There were several restaurants and activities nearby within a few minutes drive and Schooner's Beach Club was right next door. We were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend it to others. Hopefully, we will be able to return before the end of the summer!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Seychelles Resort was an awesome place. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were very nice and the tastefully decorated. We highly recommend this place to anyone who is planning a vacation in Panama City Beach. You will not be disappointed!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, girls getaway.

Our family stayed at Seychelles Beach Resort twice and had perfect experiences each time. Each time we rented thru same company and we had a beautifully decorated condo with all the amenities of home. Each condo looks over the Gulf of Mexico and is right next door to "Schooners". We are able to lounge in the morning with breakfast on the patio overlooking the ocean and watch the sunset each evening hearing the cannon from Schooners celebrating another wonderful day. Seychelles is further down from the hustle and bustle of the strip, but still within driving distance of everything you need. Just up the road is Walmart, Public and Winn Dixie to stock up on food for the condo. We will definitely be visiting Seychelles each time we visit PCB.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The family had a blast at this Seychelles condo! Went several weeks ago with the rest of the family (wife and our five daughters) and couldn't have been more pleased. While others might rave about the décor, for our family the best part of the condo was its space – we had three bedrooms to spread out in along with a giant living room. Coming from a three-bedroom home, having the same amount of space made it easy for the girls to adjust and start having fun. We were located right on the beach. Being able to walk right down took out a lot of the traveling headache, and made it easy to keep an eye on the kids while we relaxed. We were also near several restaurants, though we cooked most of the trip. Kitchen was fully-stocked and we had no complaint. At the end of the day, as any parent’ll vouch, a family full of kids on vacation will tire you out. The little girls loved the balcony view and fell asleep to a movie, while our older three (in their teens) relaxed on the beach until the sun set. I think it’s safe to say the whole family was pleased. Securing the condo was relatively painless, and the owner was friendly. I’d definitely recommend the condo and plan to speak with Jon again next time we’re looking to take a vacation to PCB.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo was absolutely amazing. It had the prettiest decor and wonderful interior design. Also had a great view of the ocean. I loved the BIG patio we had too. Overall, I had a great stay stay and want to go back soon. I would recommend to anyone!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
