---PETS ALLOWED only if the pet was never left unattended OR the pet is kenneled while you are physically out of the home. Additional security deposit is required. Well-behaved pets ONLY!
We respectfully request that you treat our beautiful home as you would your own. This home is located in a terrific neighborhood with full-time residents nearby. Our property is a no-smoking, no shoe, non-party atmosphere and you will be required to sign and respect our very detailed lease. If you don't like these rules, PLEASE do not rent our home!! Maximum 19 people + a baby or two, no exceptions. Minimum 4 night stay throughout the year, 6 or 7 night minimums apply over the holidays.
