We enjoyed our stay at the Paradise House. It was wonderful! Our children (ages 8-18) loved the pool and the game room. My husband and myself liked being close to the theme parks so the morning drive was easy. The bedrooms were perfect. Everything we needed was available just as stated. The owners and the property management were quick to respond to any questions. We had no problems during the stay and we thank you for a memorable vacation!!! I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family.

Our family and friends spent 16 wonderful days in this beautiful home. It surpassed all my expectations and I would certainly recommend this home for a family get together. Our family of 9 had a great time at the attractions so close by and enjoyed coming 'home' to enjoy the pool/hot tub and the games room for entertainment. It is so well equipped and clean and both the owners and management were very helpful. Our family (ages 4 to 65+) enjoyed our day at SeaWorld the best. Thank you for sharing your home with us....we will be back.

We have just spent another 3 weeks at this wonderful villa, our second visit from the U.K. in 14 months. This villa is so beautifully furnished and it is in a lovely quiet environment, and yet so close to the Disney Parks. There is easy access by car to both the East and West coasts as well.

Our stay during the Christmas holidays in Paradise House with our family ~ one ten year old, and six adults ~ was wonderful!! The house was in exact keeping with photos and descriptions - nicely furnished, comfortable, clean, and spacious. After spending twelve to fourteen hours a day at Disney World (very conveniently located) we more than enjoyed coming home to an awesome pool and hot tub. Having lots of space in which to spread out was another advantage. Communications with both the owner and the property manager were excellent. We highly recommend this property to others - as a matter of fact, friends are already looking at it for next year!!!

We used the property corporatly when we attended a trade show. It is one of the most well-appointed places we have ever rented. It had everything and more. We have no hesitation in recomending Paradise House. We will be back. 10 out of 10. If you have kids they will love the GI Joe and Disney Bedrooms.

Perfectly located for a vacation that is centered around the Disney Theme Parks! The house truly lives up to its name with spacious, beautifully decorated rooms and a wonderful private pool. Everything is well-maintained and in excellent condition. All details prior to our vacation were handled very well by the owner of this property. We would recommend this vacation home to anyone!

Fantastic Villa

The villa is so beautifully decorated and stylish, but it feels really friendly and comfortable too. There is so much space that you would never feel cramped. The pool area and hot tub are wonderful, and there is also a games room, just right for the children and the adults. The villa is in a really quiet area, but there are a couple of children's play areas on the estate, and the Theme Parks are only minutes away. The east coast and the gulf coast are easily reachable by car. We would definately recommend this villa for a fantastic holiday.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this home; it was everything the pictures made it appear to be - definitely no disappointment. There were 6 of staying in this home. 3 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room and everyone had their own room(s) and bathroom. I know the kids really enjoyed the pool. The furniture in the living room was very comfy. The owners were fabulous; very friendly and accommodating and a real pleasure to deal with. We also felt that we were very close to all the theme parks, etc. There are lots of family type restaurants in the neighbourhood, but if you were interested in fine dining, you will need a car to drive to those types of restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property if anyone is interested.

Great facilities, very clean, Close enough to all the big attractions, especially disney/192 area, with ease of access to the main routes to head east or west to the coast, yet far enough from the bustling tourist hot spots to be peaceful and relaxing, allowing full enjoyment of the pool and hot tub to the secluded rear of the property.Look forward to returning to this villa again soon with the rest of the family for another enjoyable vacation.

10 days of paradise

We just returned from a fabulous ten night stay at Paradise House. We were a group of 8, 4 adults, 3 teenagers and 1 preteen and we all enjoyed the house. The decor was wonderful and everything we needed, from kitchen supplies and utensils to beach towels for the water parks, was supplied. The house was a quick drive to all of the parks and there are numerous stores and restaurants in the area. The boys, 18 & 11 were in the GI Joe room and enjoyed the PS2. The girls, both 15 were in the Mickey room and enjoyed renting movies to view on their room's DVD player from the redbox at the Wynn Dixie up the street from the house. One thing to note is that there are no alarm clocks in the bedrooms. This was not a problem for us as we just set the alarm on our cellphones if we needed to be up at a certain time. We had an awesome vacation and my daughter has already decided that we should rent this house whenever we vacation in the Orlando area. I'm looking forward to booking another vacation at Paradise House.

We just came back from staying at this beautiful house. we were a total of ten. children with adults. everyone had there own space. the pictures do not do the house justice. it is truely pristine. you will not be disappointed. our next trip we will def use this house again, it is so accessible to everything. disney, downtown disney, food, resturants, old town, shopping, outlets...i could go on and on...

We will definitely be back! We have rented private homes for the past three years, and this house is definitely in the top of all rentals! Before arrival, we were concerned with what amenities would be available since we were flying into Orlando, and wanted to avoid having to bring several items we were used to packing such as beach towels, etc., however, the house was full of all the extra items anyone would need. It was also very spacious which allowed our group of 8 to spread out and all have our own personal space. The privacy in the pool area and quiet neighborhood was very relaxing, that it was hard to believe we were just three blocks from the hustle and bustle of Kissimmee. Tons of local activities and restaraunts to enjoy, even without theme park visits. The owners were very efficient in answering our questions pre-arrival, and all transactions occured very smoothly. Thank you Mr and Mrs Thomas for sharing your wonderful house with our family!

As my 9 year old grandson said when we arrived ..." this is awesome " .....It is a beautiful home and we loved everything about it....We felt safe , great neighborhood, alarm system. The pool area and jacuzzi were great....We went to 4 parks and had 2 full days at the house just to relax and enjoy the pool....The owners are so easy to work with .....This was a requested vacation by our 17 yr old grandson who will graduate next spring and probably vacation then with friends...Myself, husband and 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren and my sister went....It was great....We all said that we made a lot of memories this week....The house had plenty of room , was close enough to get any food deliveries. My grandchildren loved the game room also....Overall , I would give this home and the owners a GOLD STAR....I would rent from them again and again......

Our stay at Paradise House was more than we imagined it. The listing description and photos where very accurate and the site listing actually doesn't do it justice. The house was furnished beautifully and well equiped to meet all our needs. The property was clean and well maintained as well. It was so spacious with lots of room for our party of 9 ... not once did we get in each others way! We loved the pool, games room, and it was a treat to sleep in a King size bed too! The location was central and very close to all of the Disney parks as well as other amenities. We would definitley recommend this property to family and friends and with any luck maybe we'll get to return again one day in the future! Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!

Our family's trip to Disney was a dream come true,and our stay at Paradise house was an amazing experience. Our grandchildren could not decide which was the most fun, the pool at the house or Disney.The house listing, description& pictures are very accurate & the closeness to Disney was so appreciated after a long day at the parks.We would not hesitate to recommend this property to family & friends. Paradise house is everything and more that you'd want in a vacation house. It is literally 10 minutes from Disney's front gate. The house was wonderfully furnished and had everything we needed. We even enjoyed the heated pool in December. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a great place to stay in the Disney area.

Our family had a wonderful vacation in your Paradise House! The entire house is decorated beautifully - we truly enjoyed our stay there. When we were not enjoying Disney World, we spent a lot of time relaxing in the pool, game room and family room. It was very comfortable for all of us and could not have been closer to Disney World.
