This Silver Beach 3 bedroom 3 bath condo has dramatic gulf views and reflects the love and care we've taken in decorating and furnishing to make sure you have everything that you need to make your beach vacation perfect. We've even provided a large library of movies (200+) for you and your family to enjoy.
With wall-to-wall windows in the living, dining and master bedroom looking straight down at the beach, views don't get any better than this. There are 2 king master suites, one with a walk-in closet large enough to sleep in and seperate shower and Jacuzzi tub (even the bathroom has a view of the beach)! The second suite has a beautiful walk in shower and balcony with bay/city light/golf course views. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the same city light/bay views/golf course.
With a well equipped kitchen, full laundry including iron and board, a play pen and high chair provided for the "little ones" you won't find a more enjayable place to stay.
With beach-front dining, shopping, amusement parks and a sports complex only a short walk away and not to mention we're located on 600' of the World's most beautiful beach, there just isn't a better place to vacation on the beach other than Silver Beach Towers. Why the Owner Chose Silver Beach Towers
We looked at several unit in this are. We knew we wanted beachfront, but were amazed at how varied the term beachfront was. This unit is RIGHT on the beach and is close enough it seems to throw a rock and hit the water (please don't try), plus the balcony was a big selling point because it is large and very, very private. Also no hallways run past this unit. It goes from beach to bay and all rooms have unrestricted views. There are no buildings out any of the windows and although we have them, curtains aren't really necessary.

-Over 100 movies stocked in the unit
-A small cooler for taking back and forth to the beach
-A closet stocked with beach toys rafts, boogie boards, pails and shovels, etc
-We think of everthing so you don't have to think of anything
Some of the best seafood around. Try to time it where you will finish eating just before sunset, and take the 10 minute walk on the back back to your condo enjoying the breath taking views.
This is a small friendly church who is warm and welcoming to vacationers. The dress is very casual. If you go to Sunday School ask for JJ's Class. Tell them you're guests of Pat and Emily's. On this same street are also churches of most of the other denominations.
Just walk accross the street for several food sources as well as shopping in Alvin's Island and Wings's

A local favorite as well as ours. Great Bar B Que!!! The Pig in the Potato Patch is killer.

We've owned condos in Destin for better than 15 years now and live only a little over 2 hours away. This allows us to come in and inspect them regularily to make sure our housekeepers are keeping our units in the condition we would expect if we were staying in them. We also take care of all the things that cannot be tended to during the brief transition (cleaning) period between guests. We think of everything so you can think of nothing. We also have a good knowledge of the area and love sharing "local" info on things like restaurants, directions, golf course recomendations/deals and even what is the best night to go to the movie. We like to host people, not just rent to them.

My husband and I had a wonderful time! The owners are lovely, kind people who go out of there way to make sure you have a great time. It was a beautiful place with a million dollar view! The pictures do not do this place justice. We will definitely return (as much as possible). Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Thw condo was exactly as expected. The only thing I would change/add was additional toilet paper. Or maybe just inform the renters of the amount left for their use. Wonderful weekend and fabulous views of the Gulf. My sister said it best - looking out of the windows one has the feel of a cruise since the beach is not visible unless you look down off of the balcony. Excellent!!

I stayed at Silver Beach Towers for three nights at the end of summer and loved it! I loved being right on the beach and with the condo being on the 16th floor, the view was amazing. I loved the pools with the waterfalls - made it feel tropical. I also enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the owners. It was a bonus not having to lug all my chairs and stuff down to the beach every day! The underground parking was nice as well. All in all, my short stay felt much longer.

We wanted to share with you that we really had a week of "lying down in green pastures". From the moment we entered your beautiful condo and read your guest book with the 23rd Psalm, we felt at home and at peace. You have created a beautiful home and have taken the time to think of many "little" things one doesn't usually have to enjoy on vacation. We especially loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the ocean. This vacation was special to our family as it was shared between my husband, my parents, and mother-in-law. We are from Cincinnati, Ohio and love coming to Destin!! We will most definitely be back.

Pat and Emily's condo is just unbelieveable. We had a wonderful week of fun, sun and relaxation. Pat is so easy to work with. He lets you know everything you need to do and Don (the caretaker) is there to meet, greet and take care of all your needs. If you have always worried about renting a condo without seeing first or knowing what you will get, WORRY NO MORE! You have to believe me this is your best bet! Just got back from our first family trip to Destin. The condo we rented was great with incredible views from the 16th floor. Even though it was the week of the 4th of July with crowds of people everywhere, our condo was a nice retreat to get some solitude. I don't think we ever saw anyone on our floor (only two other condos share the 16th floor), and we did not have to ever wait more than 30 seconds for an elevator. The Silver Beach Condo itself was well maintained and very convienent to anywhere you want to go in Destin. Also having chairs and an umbrella reserved everyday was a very nice touch and a must for anyone who is thinking about going to Destin over the peak season. Everything met our expectations and then some. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Silver Beach Towers in early June 2011. We had two families of four (8 people total). We had pleanty of room and absolutly enjoyed our stay. The double master suites were ideal and there was pleanty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked also. We spent most of our time on the beautiful balcony. The condo was clean and had all the ammenities that were promised. We loved the privacy the complex offered. We would difinately recommend this property to others. We spent most of our time on the most beautiful beach I've ever seen! Also, we visited the outlet mall, and The Back Porch resturant which were awesome. We also went the The Melting Pot resturant, (a fondue resturant) which is now my favorite resturant of all time! We had a great time and made lasting memories!

Often you hear the saying ... "Can't Be Beat". Well, that's what Pat and Emily should name their 16th floor fabulous condo in Destin! We've been going to that area annually since I was little and we won't be shopping around anymore cause honestly their condo at Silver Beach Towers is unbeatable :0) As well as they are nice and FUN to rent with.
