The condo was properly represented by the photos and on line information I reviewed. The view of the Gulf and the property at the Silver Beach Towers was wonderful from the balcony. I can't imagine a better location to see everything that was going on. We saw Dolphins playing, a Manatee swimming by, School of fish and a Shark feeding all while sitting on the deck with a cold drink and a book in my hand. There were great restaurants, fast food locations, shopping and sports activities within walking distances of the Condo. Anything else you wanted was within 5 miles and the Sea Food was fresh and fabulous. I can't wait to go back and neither can my adult daughters and their husbands. The security of the building, parking and access to and from route 98 could not have been better and the assistance from the owners and their staff was first class.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! It has been professionally decorated and has a large balcony overlooking the beach with it's white, sugary sand and blue/green water. I especially love how you've stocked the condo with lots of movies, books and games. So, whether we wanted to play on the beach or spend some quiet time inside we were covered!! It was the perfect 15th anniversary get-a-way for me and my husband. We also enjoyed eating at some of the local establishments and shopping at the Baytowne Wharf. With such a lovely condo and so much to do here, we will definitely be back!!

Awesome 15 yr Anniversary Getaway

We planned ahead for a long time to make sure we could come to this beach and stay in this 16th floor condo for our 15 yr wedding aniversary. We had a marvelous time, the weather was beautiful, and the water was always crystal clear. There is so much to do if you are in to doing so much, or it's the greatest hideout if you just want to relax and do nothing much. Not many places have such world-class dining and fine, silky-white sand for romantic walks on the beach. The owners of this condo have thought of everything to make your stay the perfect vacation. They are very accommadating and hospitable people. We will be back soon.

As advertized. Very clean. Could use mattress and pillow upgrades but was a very nice place to spend a week at the beach. The owners went out of their way to make our stay pleasant.

This condo is absolutely amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. The amenities were wonderful. Very clean, comfortable and very roomy. I would like to spend more time in this bit of paradise. The ocean view was breath taking. The owners were easy to work with and I would highly recommend this to be the "premier" place to stay while vacationing in Destin! My husband and I had a wonderful time! The owners are lovely, kind people who go out of there way to make sure you have a great time. It was a beautiful place with a million dollar view! The pictures do not do this place justice. We will definitely return (as much as possible). Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Thw condo was exactly as expected. The only thing I would change/add was additional toilet paper. Or maybe just inform the renters of the amount left for their use. Wonderful weekend and fabulous views of the Gulf. My sister said it best - looking out of the windows one has the feel of a cruise since the beach is not visible unless you look down off of the balcony. Excellent!!

I Love Silver Beach Towers!

I stayed at Silver Beach Towers for three nights at the end of summer and loved it! I loved being right on the beach and with the condo being on the 16th floor, the view was amazing. I loved the pools with the waterfalls - made it feel tropical. I also enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the owners. It was a bonus not having to lug all my chairs and stuff down to the beach every day! The underground parking was nice as well. All in all, my short stay felt much longer.

Pat and Emily's condo is just unbelieveable. We had a wonderful week of fun, sun and relaxation. Pat is so easy to work with. He lets you know everything you need to do and Don (the caretaker) is there to meet, greet and take care of all your needs. If you have always worried about renting a condo without seeing first or knowing what you will get, WORRY NO MORE! You have to believe me this is your best bet! Just got back from our first family trip to Destin. The condo we rented was great with incredible views from the 16th floor. Even though it was the week of the 4th of July with crowds of people everywhere, our condo was a nice retreat to get some solitude. I don't think we ever saw anyone on our floor (only two other condos share the 16th floor), and we did not have to ever wait more than 30 seconds for an elevator. The Silver Beach Condo itself was well maintained and very convienent to anywhere you want to go in Destin. Also having chairs and an umbrella reserved everyday was a very nice touch and a must for anyone who is thinking about going to Destin over the peak season. Everything met our expectations and then some. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Silver Beach Towers in early June 2011. We had two families of four (8 people total). We had pleanty of room and absolutly enjoyed our stay. The double master suites were ideal and there was pleanty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked also. We spent most of our time on the beautiful balcony. The condo was clean and had all the ammenities that were promised. We loved the privacy the complex offered. We would difinately recommend this property to others. We spent most of our time on the most beautiful beach I've ever seen! Also, we visited the outlet mall, and The Back Porch resturant which were awesome. We also went the The Melting Pot resturant, (a fondue resturant) which is now my favorite resturant of all time! We had a great time and made lasting memories!

Often you hear the saying ... "Can't Be Beat". Well, that's what Pat and Emily should name their 16th floor fabulous condo in Destin! We've been going to that area annually since I was little and we won't be shopping around anymore cause honestly their condo at Silver Beach Towers is unbeatable :0) As well as they are nice and FUN to rent with.

We wanted to share with you that we really had a week of "lying down in green pastures". From the moment we entered your beautiful condo and read your guest book with the 23rd Psalm, we felt at home and at peace. You have created a beautiful home and have taken the time to think of many "little" things one doesn't usually have to enjoy on vacation. We especially loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the ocean. This vacation was special to our family as it was shared between my husband, my parents, and mother-in-law. We are from Cincinnati, Ohio and love coming to Destin!! We will most definitely be back.

Hey Pat & Emily, I have wanted to call so many times but it has just not worked out yet so I am writing to tell you that your place is wonderful. We had the best time. We did not waste one inch of your place...it was unbelievable to sit in the whirlpool bath and watch dolphins playing in the ocean. It was great to cook for my family and still get to visit with them while doing so, having the washer and dryer was great for keeping swimsuits and towels clean as well. We loved the fact that you had the scripture verses thru out the condo as well. I loved the Lifeway devotional in the master bath as well....I enjoyed it so much I am going to subscribe to the magazine. I met Al and he was so kind and had wonderful things to say about ya'll and how much he enjoys meeting all of your guest. You supplying a local liaison to show us to our room and get all settled in your condo sure made everything easy & so pleasant!

Hello, Is this the Brown's website? I certainly hope so. We rented the subject condo in September of 2008 and are long overdue for a return visit, not to mention really wanting to get out of snowy Ohio. We loved this unit. My wife started crying (a good sign) only a few minutes after walking into the unit and reading the biblical momentos. The Tommy Bahama furniture is beautiful and the beds really slept great. We want to rent the unit! Best regards

Beautiful, Clean, PERFECT! We checked out today and already miss it. This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our two families (4 adults and 4 small kids). The balcony was awesome overlooking the crytal clear waters below. This trip, we went parasailing, went crab hunting in the evening, even found a whole baby sand dollar in a shallow area of the water. The kids loved playing in the double pools! The condo is very clean and feels like a luxury hotel, with the clean fresh linens, decorating, and plentiful amenities. The owners are very responsible, too. One of the curtains was having a problem and they immediately had a repairman there in a matter of hours! Dear Brown Family, First, let me say that I really enjoyed our weekend stay in May that Meaghan orchestrated for our girls' weekend getaway. The condo was beautiful, and fully stocked. What made it so special for me, though, was the scriptures that you had posted creatively throughout the condo. It meant a lot to me, as a Christian. The reaosn I am emailihng you is that I wrote down the scritpure that you had in the first bathroom, and seem to have misplaced it. Could you please give me the book and verse that you were referencing? It was placed by the mirror and had to do with our beauty not being of an outward kind, but an inside, spiritual type. I stayed in E-1603 at the Silver Beach Towers condo last weekend and can attest that it is very nice. There is a parking garage so your vehicle is not exposed to the sea air, and the condo is walking distance to Big Kahuna's water park, Ruth Chris' Steakhouse, and several family restaurants. It is also located very near the Destin airport, a sports complex, and golf courses. This is a nice vacation opportunity.

WOW..... these were the words we all used as we walked into our unit at Silver Beach Towers. The decor was beautiful and so comfortable. The view from the 16th floor was absolutely breathtaking. Unfortunately we did get a few days of rain, but the roominess of our condo allowed us to spread out and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The weather also gave us an excuse to go shopping at the Destin Commons which was right down the road. The owners of the condo suggested we take a walk to the Back Porch for dinner so we did that the second night we were there. It was so wonderful that we made sure we went back again before we left. Our only complaint was that spring break was only a week long. We will definitely be back and can't imagine staying anywhere else. It was truly an Amazing vacation!!!!
