Why the Owner Chose North Vancouver
This location in North Vancouver is very sought after. It is surrounded by mountains and close to the Pacific Ocean and actually overlooks the Capilano River. There are nature walks and hikes all around but it is also only 15 minutes by car or public transport from downtown Vancouver. In the winter all the winter sports are within easy reach .Whistler is 1.5 hours drive away. Grouse Mountain are minutes away by car. The Trans Canada Highway is 3 minutes away. .The area is surrounded by beautifully kept gardens where you can find a quiet spot to sit and read or just have some quiet time. Ferries to get to Vancouver Island are 20minutes away to Nanaimo and 1 hour away to Schwartz Bay (Victoria)
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
This is a quiet building well managed by live in managers and is very well maintained. Having our own swimming pool, saunas, hot tubs and gym is a great plus. There is a laundry room on the same level plus a "library" and ironing room. We also have 24 hour on site security.
