If you want privacy you'll be hard pressed to find anything more secluded and private than Hobson's Cove. This house was lovingly designed. This isn't a typical mountain rental..this is a well loved and cozy retreat that is all about relaxation. The gorgeous and serene lakefront retreat sits on two private acres of Grandview Lake. The three story home boasts viewing decks on all levels of Grandview Lake and Sharp Top Mountain, a Subzero chef's kitchen, copper fireplace and more. You'll feel like you've died and gone to heaven. Everything is top notch right down to the linens...we like heavy cotton, don't you? With room to entertain up to 10 of your closest friends, Hobson's Cove offers something for everyone.
There's a media room and DVD library downstairs with large flat screen television, board games and more! If you like to cook...then don't miss a chance to whip up a feast for your crew in the fully stocked chef's kitchen...right down to the Reidel wine glasses. We have plenty of spices for you to use, more pots and pans than you can shake a stick at and top of the line appliances...right down to the beverage cooler. We also make it easy for grilling on a rainy day by offering a gas grill and charcoal grill on main deck. We have a heater for cold nights on the terrace, as well. Did we mention the fantastic landscaped walk to the lake? Don't forget to build a your campfire in the rock fire pit to finish off the day. For those who love to chill, and we do love to chill, grab a glass of vino and settle in front of the copper fireplace. If you must work...a wireless network is provided so you will not need to worry about a computer connection. There is also a desktop computer available for your use in the loft upstairs. We are conveniently located only 70 miles from Atlanta...not too far a stretch to discover the best kept secret in the N. GA mountains. Let us know your timeframe and we'll work out special deals for longer stays.
There are three bedrooms/baths and master with deck overlooking the lake. (A few extra twin bed ottomans are available for the kids) Please feel free to bring your pups/no cats please..owners are allergic.

Caroline Amory and Dixie Sisson resided full time in Hobson's Cove until two years ago when business moved them to Palmetto, Florida. Hobson's Cove is one of the best places on earth for relaxing and entertaining. The goal is to provide you with all the upscale comforts of home.
